Liked that it was 21+. The bartender that was working the cigar lounge was great! The front check in girls were very knowledgeable. The only downside was the pool was not heated as advertised. Paying a resort fee I feel that should have been working.

Second stay, we come to Key West 1-2 times per year and this is a favorite place for us. We usually get a lanai room right next to the pool… very convenient! Great pool, fun vibe, wonderful staff.
I try to recommend it as much as I can. Our other favorite place is The Perry which we just found out is the same owners. Can’t go wrong in either place.

The location and amenities were very good. We really enjoyed not having to drive to downtown and take advantage of the trolley. The accommodation is old but it gives it character. I thought it was overpriced but it was Fantasy Fest weekend.

Very nice / relaxing property. Pool area was great! Flooring in room was old and moved around. Cheap laminate. Put some tile floors and this would have been perfect.

Home away from home, 10-/10 recommend ; pool is amazing , hot tub is clean , rooms are pristine , great food , great drinks , great service and some freebies with your stay ! Went during Christmas time and July 4th weekend - they really make it a wonderful place to experience the holidays. Very close to Smather’s beach and Mac’s doc! Beautiful resort , amazing location!

The property is beautiful and the instant you walk in the lobby you are transformed to a tropical paradise. Our room was very nice, with a lovely view.
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool every day, mostly in the evening, after a fun day out and it was so relaxing and refreshing. Staff was wonderful, shuttle to the Marina was great, it was frequent (every 1/2 hour) and clean.
Had a wonderful time and would definitely return to Havana Cabana!

The property is very clean and the staff are wonderful! The only negative is the game section directly across from the rooms with the lanais. It takes away from the privacy and is awfully noisy. The DJ is extremely loud at the pool at times so was often difficult to swim in that section if you wanted to talk. Otherwise, we had a fabulous trip and would return to visit in a heartbeat! The food is fantastic, the pool is amazing and I’m thrilled that it will be an all adult resort in the future!

Great place. The staff was super kind and helpful. Being far from old town wasn’t an issue thanks to the shuttle service that takes you every 30 min to the very epicenter of all the old town action… and returns you safely too. The pool was awesome, clean and fun and the breakfast was amazing. Truly recommend it

Excellent stay for my mom’s 60th birthday for 5 days. Had the “ocean view” room, which was quiet versus the pool side rooms. Pool was amazing with a DJ during the weekend and free ice pops and churros during the day. Closed at 11 which was great for night swims. Very clean hotel, nice boutique Cuban look feel to it. Very close to convenience store, and shuttles offered downtown every 30 minutes. Great staff. Amazing stay! Would definitely come back

This was a nice resort, with nice rooms and picturesque pool. This resort is a little far from Old City but you can use the shuttle to get you back and forth.

The property was nice, clean and convenient. Shuttle was a bonus. Don’t have to leave the property if don’t want to. I usually read these myself and always nervous, but genuinely this is a great place to stay.

I sure didn't like the "wrist" room keys. They didn't have any "credit card" style room keys. The wrist straps fell off easily and was very awkward to carry. Much easier to add a credit card key to your wallet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms where clean. Loved that the room key was a bracelet. Will defiantly be staying there again.

Amazing, only complaint I have is the music that was played around the pool. Loud aggressive Spanish music the whole time during the early afternoon. Little more of a variety would’ve been better. Other than that everything was great. Kosta the bartender was super friendly and gave great recommendations.

Very nice team. Needed a very late check out and they accommodated me at a very nice price. Also the transportation shuttle service is amazing.

The hotel was ok, need updated. Carpet in the hallway was little dirty and need to be redone. The swim pool area ,food truck and bar area were nice. Had a lot of problem with the shuttle was suppose to pick up at the airport waited almost an hour then call an uber driver to take us to the hotel.

We booked two rooms at Havana cabana with no idea where it was compared to downtown. We had never been to Key West. It had a great vibe with music playing and food and energy. The rooms were clean. We slept well in the beds. They also have a shuttle service to downtown, which is only less than 10 minutes away, and I would highly recommend it for a great time lots of energy Amazing fun Vibe!

The hotel actually surprised me. I didn't think it would be so nice, especially the pool area. The room was very cozy and spacious. The option of having free parking in Key West is definitely a plus. They offer free transportation during the day to the most touristic areas and that is appreciated even if I don't use the service. Of course I would stay at Havana Cabana again every time I return to my favorite town in Florida.
