Nice place but check in is very late. Might be noisy if you are near the main road.

Our stay was wonderful! We got to the hotel 12 hours late due to our flights getting canceled and delayed. Sabrina went out of her way to make us feel at home. She was wonderful!! The breakfast in the morning was fabulous as well.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean it was a great stay!

Aesthetically beautiful hotel and in a prime location, but not worth the price. Insulation is horrible; we woke up to a group of loud guys in the room nextdoor with the tv extremely loud. The steep nightly rate doesn't include breakfast, parking is $45+ taxes and fees a night and there's a chance you may have to park in the alley if the parking structure is full. You're not informed about parking taxes and additional fees unless you inquire with the front desk. We stayed for 2 nights and our parking bummed up to $135. They automatically apply your incidentals deposit and you're responsible for paying the difference. Lastly, our wall light in our room didn't work when we flipped on the switch. But we didnnt bother asking to have somebody fix it since we were only there for 2 nights.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My room was exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and great pillows. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect for our needs for a short trip. Good variety of eateries plus the hotel is a few minutes walk from a beautiful lake park. However, this is a very busy and noisy area. The rooms are hermetically sealed and we didn't like the constant cycling on and off of the HVAC system. Bed was OK. No cups or glasses provided in the room. Nice staff. It's a perfectly fine modern space-fitness gear in the room-we just didn't like it

The biggest challenge was parking and it was disappointing to arrive prepaid for parking and then be told they are “sold out” there should be a better communication or accommodation for parking. I was not given a complete refund for the prepaid option which is disappointing.

All was good, just was wondering if my bed was the king size i paid for. Looked like a queen. It was a quick trip so i didn't want to make to much noise.

Rooms are a little weird with random workout equipment, but clean and comfortable!
Almost everything was closed at the hotel though… restaurant, etc.
Uber and Lyft also had tons of trouble picking us up because there’s no clear driveway or reserved space on the street.

Helpful staff. Spacious, clean, and quiet room. Yoga equipment in the room was a plus. Comfortable beds. Convenient restaurant in the hotel. The room location was on the first floor facing the courtyard so we were not able to open the shades. The area had limited dining options within a walking distance. Most cafes, etc. were closed on the weekend.

This cute hotel was a very fun stay in Seattle. Myself and five friends came for the Capitol Hill block party and chose this hotel for the price and proximity to Capitol Hill. The hotel itself is very pretty inside, definitely get the spa feel with the spa water inside and all of the greenery. The staff is very friendly and we’re so helpful! We had requested rooms on the same floor and they accommodated the request and actually put us right next-door. All of the staff was very kind. Great little hotel!

Our daughter was getting married on the Virginia V, so the location was our reason for choosing this spot. Practically across the block from MOHAI. But we were very pleased with everything and would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was quite good too. There's a nice little courtyard with a cornhole game.

They do not offer room service for food, which I thought was odd considering the price we paid to stay here and the fact that sometimes, wellness means being in your room alone with food.
Another minor complaint is that there are no microwaves in the rooms, but it was easy to go down to the Even lobby to use the microwaves there.

Sarah at the front desk was amazing. She had the right blend of professional and friendly and helped to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very nicely appointed and the bed was quite comfy. We'll definitely be back!

The walls between the rooms are thin so it is noisy at night.

Pros: Very comfortable stay overall. Spacious room with fitness equipment in the room. Laundry facilities on site. Feels very safe. Very helpful receptionists.
Cons: The deposit can take time to be returned. The walls are thin so you might hear the adjacent room.

I booked 2 rooms. One was supposed to have 2 beds but front desk insisted that I booked both rooms to have only 1 bed.
In my parents' room, the shower was defective. Only extremely hot water was coming out and my mom was scalded as a result.
The only good thing about my experience was that the manager (Tracy?) was apologetic and handled the situation professionally.

This hotel works for us as a convenient place to sleep. The food in the restaurant is not very good.

There needs to be a better way for the people that are staying at the even hotel to access the parking garage area and also there should be free breakfast for the people staying at the even hotel, and not for the Staybridge hotel only. Also, the parking was very expensive $45 when I was told it was $27 plus tax.
