A wonderful stay at the Regency as usual !!

Nice, quiet area. Lovely room. The owners were helpful and attentive. Great breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A peaceful, homely B&B where you are well looked after by the hosts with close proximity to an excellent pub with a great selection of beers and a first class restaurant. Thoroughly recommend.

Jane and Mark were fantastic hosts and lovely people, making us feel very welcome. A lovely property in a pretty and quiet setting. Only a short stay, but would definitely return again. Excellent🙂

Love love love! We were met at the door by a friendly face, both owners were polite and helpful. Offers of hot drinks as soon as we were settled, after a tour of the house. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The decor was amazing. I wanted to take the curtains, cups and cushions home with me they were so pretty. Location was excellent with garden acsess and private parking available. Check in time flexible and no problem coming in and out of an evening. Breakfast was wonderful, exactly what we requested and was so tasty, good size portions and lots of options avaliable. Couldn't recommend them more. Over and above expectations!

We were visiting the nearby radar museum (= absolutely brilliant) and this B&B was convenient for early start. That said, just a lovely place to stay with pot of tea on arrival plus comfy bed, and good breakfast. And, just a lovely/bubbly host. We ate at the pub next door (White Horse) which is no longer what it was - ok beers, but nothing special with food - pity. But do not let that detract from this B&B; we will stay again.

The hotel is a little out of the way but for a quite break was ideal. On arrival we were shown the room and offered a drink in their small lounge. Room facilities were more than most. Large cups with coffee bags, a choice of English breakfast or mint tea and enough milk for both. The bed was comfortable but rather low for those of advancing years. Local pub (couple of houses down) served very good food. At the end of the stay I mentioned the only possible complaint was the knife and fork had round handles which was a bit awkward to which Bridget said “you should have said and we would have changed them for you” . It didn’t occur to me that they could do it. Nothing too much trouble, great

Had a lovely two night stay at the Regency. Enjoyed a vegetarian Breakfast and had dairy free milk. So nice to be near a lovely pub with good food and great ale ! Great location went for a lovely walk to the Boardwalk.

clean and homely guest house. welcomed with a pot of tea and a couple of home made biscuits, very welcome after a 5 hour drive. the room had everything i needed even smart tvs i could link to my tablet so handy for streaming. the breakfast had a good selection and was cooked to order and never failed to satisfy. one part i loved was coming back in the evening to find a small plate of biscuits or a few bits of tablet on the tea tray.

Lovely rooms, great breakfasts and friendly host. Also great pub The White Horse near by selling cask ales and great food.

We originally booked to stay 3 nights at the regency guest house and booked an extra night as our stay was wonderful the breakfast was amazing our room was fantastic with beautiful touches of home made cookies and fudge. On arrival we were greeted with tea and coffee after a long journey very welcoming. We will certainly return in the near future. From simon and chrissy.

Bridget and Roger went above and beyond to meet my dietary requirements for breakfast. They were friendly, informative and the room was spotless but cosy. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Regency Guest House to anyone. It is a beautiful property and nothing is too much trouble for the attentive hosts.

Excellent night spent here. Host could not have been more accommodating from the tea and biscuits on arrival to the plates etc for our salad. The breakfast was really good too. Was not sure about the private bathroom but it was very large,clean and beautiful.

We had a lovely stay at this B&B in Neatishead. Everything was good especially the cup of tea after getting back from a day out. We will hopefully stay there again.

I was greeted well and helped with luggage to my room, the brought a pot of tea. I was supervised going up and down the stairs as I find that difficult at times,and they ensured I was safe. I was very well cared for.

We had a three night stay at the Regency Guest House and and would definitely return in the future. The welcome and service provided by Bridgette and Roger was superb.

The owner greeted me and offered to help carry my bag up to the room. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated

Lovely place to stay near the Broads. Bridget's attention to detail & the thoughtful things she does for you make it really nice. Things like fresh milk in a little flask etc. The breakfast was also amazing! If there was a 'downside' it was the description of the room, which was described as having a 'deep soak bath' & we had a small shower but it didn't spoil our stay at all. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Attention to detail was amazing. The service offered by Bridget and Roger went far beyond what we were expecting (based on our experience elsewhere). Wonderful choice for breakfasts. Pub, just 3 doors away, serves good quality evening meals (ate there 3 days out of 5) and they brew their own beer!

A great welcome by the host. Assisted with facilities including car parking.Information on local taxis. A very pleasant albeit short stay but very relaxing.
