Everything. My room wasn't cleaned during my stay, the shower did not work properly as it barely had any pressure in it and only had one small stream of water coming out of it that was cold. I don't think they ever changed the bed sheets. You can hear everything outside of your room as they have paper-thin walls.

Centrally located (5 minutes by foot to Plaza de Armas) but still far enough from the noisy and most touristy area. The staff was AMAZING, super available for questions and explain you the points of interest in Arequipa. The terrace had a beautiful view over the volcanoes. I really felt at home here! The shower had plenty of hot water (even for the sink!) and the bed was super comfortable and warm. I definitely recommend!

The only down side was that the floor of my room was not super clean, but that was not a big problem. The bathroom and bed were super clean instead.

We had an early depart to catch a flight. Breakfast was incudes but since we left before the hours we ask the day before if they could give us anything (like we did our all trip with always a positive answer) to go, nothing. The staff was almost laughing at us for asking. it is really disappointed in a town where almost of the tour leaves early. we were not expecting anything fancy, just something to kill the hunger, like crackers and water.

Position

If you pay with credit card there is 6% of extra charges. Every time you want to leave or enter the hotel they have to open the door, no key for you, the bell is very noisy.

Lovely hostel, our bedroom was huge with comfortable beds and a nice ensuite with hot shower. The decor in the hostel is cool with lots of plants and cool decorations. The staff are friendly and let us store our bags for a while, although there was a bit of language barrier. Great location, 5 minute walk from Plaza De Armas

Very nice hostel near the centre. Bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy

Laundry was expensive, 1kg for 8 sol and they charged us 16 sol no matter that we didn’t have over 1 kg

The only thing that was poorly designed here was entrance door that can only be opened by the staff, for going in and out, which is very inconvenient because sometimes you have to wait at the door for someone to let you in.
