Afternoon staff / the way check out treats

The staff were nice and helpful. The location was great. It's easy to get around and there are many places to eat nearby. The location is just a few meters away from the Barat Sentul MRT station too.

An old old building with poor facilities. We couldn't sleep because a rat wouldn't let us...it was all over the room as soon as lights are off. We booked a room with windows but the so-called 'window' just opens into a corridor inside the building and directly faces another room's and you can't actually open it bcos you would be practically in someone's face. There is no intercom, so, you have to go downstairs or use your own mobile phone to call the reception number; hopefully someone picks up. The hotel has a long list of rules handed to the guest on check-in; it was kind of weird, considering that the service isn't great. Btw, be careful with the old elevator...it closes in seconds and you might get hurt if you don't fly in/out or get someone to hold the button.

La connexion internet est catastrophique dans les chambres , la propreté de la chambre ( le sol est très très poussiéreux ) , payer une amende pour laisser une minuscule tache sur le drap jamais vu ça auparavant … table qui basculait quand on posait quelque chose dessus , le tabouret aussi , aération empoussiérée , pour ouvrir la porte des toilettes il fallait tirer brusquement car elle est bloquée … ils font brûler de l’encens dans les couloirs etc ça pue la fumée et ça fait mal à la tête j’en avais des nausées ( quand je dis que c’est dérangeant c’est vraiment dérangeant et ça fais vraiment mal à la tête )

Tiada kemudahan parking untuk penghuni hotel. Pengudaraan yang sangat teruk. Bau cat /chemical yang sangat kuat di dalam bilik

Helpful staff, nice reception, room was a good size. Near to MRT station.

Noisy neighbours until 3am with lots of people slamming doors on our first night. We reported it, with much less noise afterwards. A long way from the city centre.

It is nearby the place I'm attending a seminar

Can hear people talking along the corridor. Toilet not well maintained.

The location of the hotel is near to my other destinations.

the bathroom broke sower head, the door is not covenient to open.
