Excellent Excellent I give it 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ my husband and I and my sisters we did enjoy our stay there and we definitely visit again and again.

Lovely, quiet, nice amenities, clean and well appointed.

Our first night stay was impacted frequently by noise from other units. Does not seem to be any insulation from noise from children or banging from pots, dishes, etc from other units.

The only reason i didn't review higher is the emphasis they place on the whole presentation for their vacation club stuff. If that's your jam, then id give it a perfect score. The kitchen is really small, but you kind of expect that for a hotel kitchen. You could hear the neighbors a little, but otherwise everything was very clean, comfortable and accessible to the historic stuff!

The studio apartment that we stayed in had dated decor and carpeting. There were areas in the floor where it felt like soft spots/uneven areas under the carpet in multiple locations near bedroom entrance and entrance to the kitchen. There was a sound in the walls or ceiling that sounded like water leaking but we did not see any wet spots. The dryer vent probably needs to be cleaned because it did not dry well. Even after 2 cycles. I enjoyed the location and how convenient and quiet it was. The beds were so comfortable even the sofa bed.

Everything would have been wonderful except the building and our room smelled of mildew.

This was not what I expected. It was a condo style facility. The adjoining room is not sound proofed. I was kept awake by the guests in that room until the early hours of the morning, talking and laughing. Not relaxing. Decor was old fashioned. Needed updating. Upon arrival I checked in at reception and then was sent to Concierge to get my room key. Before I knew what was happening, I was signed up for a sales pitch the following morning trying to get me to invest in a time share. Dislike!!

Loved the deluxe room. seperate tub and shower. laundry in spacious divided 2 room bathroom. Its essentially a small apartment. The living room fueniture is bot that comfortable, bit easy to clean. Need to br8ng pillows or blanket to make couch comfortable. Full Kitchen excellent. toaster, and regular coffee maker, microwave, electric burners and stove. Balcony relaxing TVs do have a standard audio mini TRS port to plug a powered speaker in. Location isnl superb. The "fitness center" is extremely small... only 2 machines and a glassed wall room to lobby. Lobby can be busy and not keen on the crowds watching me work out. one eliptical and ine treadmill. This could be improved. Pool and pool area was beautiful, however it was closed for 2 days of our visit due to a faulty light. We receievd a voucher to go to another propety 15 min away ... but was way too crowded. This is our second time there, so we dis not get to use the pool this time around. was disappointing. Most swrvice was excellent. Friendly and helpful. easy check in and out. One wxception was thw concierge. She didnt acknowledge us when we were standing at her desk (no line) and seemed like we were bothering her when we asked a question. She did not try to refer us when she could not answer our question. Needs more training in customer service. Overall, the price was right. We will likely return again, but leave our options open.

Everyone was friendly, the room was spacious.

Was a nice stay

The lighting throughout the property was low around parking areas and unsafe. Door to building did not close properly. Poor water pressure in shower. Shower did not drain properly and tub was full after showering. Someone in the building that my unit was in left a note on the inside of the common entry door “Please refrain from smoking pot on the patio as I have children and the smoke may effect their health” (not exact quote). There did not appear to be any insulation between upstairs units. Noise from neighbors was unacceptable. A rocking chair in front of check in building had a broken arm rest. I will not be staying here in the future and will recommend others avoid this place.

The property was full. The people in the unit next to me were loud! Every night! I complained to the front desk multiple times and they didn’t seem to care or didn’t want to deal with it. I stayed five nights and four out of the five nights were interrupted by rowdy guests in multiple units! I will not be staying here again. Avoid if you can during the busy seasons.

Rooms are well maintained and service was great!

Did not like the early 10;00 am checkout, or the 250.00 charge for incidentals—total Bullcrap.

It was a fine place to sleep. The room was huge, lots of space. If we were spending more time in the hotel room itself there was a nice living room, a balcony that overlooked woods, a kitchen and a dining room. The hallway getting to the room smelled horrible, as if a cat had been living in it and marking it. My husband described the smell as a wet pretzel that a cat had peed on. We were a bit irritated at check-in that they diverted us from the concierge to get room keys to the club Wyndham sales people who wanted to sign us up for a timeshare presentation and wouldn't take no for an answer even though we told him we were running late for a dinner reservation, weren't interested, and didn't have time on this trip (and were traveling with others). It was very rude and inconsiderate. The complex is laid out like neighborhoods, which is cute, but makes everything very HUGE, and getting to the pool and playground, unless you are located close, is a pain because you have to drive to it.

We have now stayed here twice in 2024. We really do like it. The pricing is affordable compared with other places in the area. We like being tucked back off the busy road. The little townhouse approach with "colonial" styling is a very nice touch. The first time I really disliked the hard sell on timeshare.. but this most recent time they let us have our room keys without too much pressure. All you have to do is NOT tell them you are going to any of the parks.

We were told upon check in that our room was on the 2nd floor and there were no elevators. This was not noted prior to our visit. Also, after I told staff we were in town for a memorial, we were asked if we wanted to win a prize for attending a 1 1/2 hour presentation. Again, this was unexpected and unwelcome under the circumstances.

Friendly, clean, good value

You are subjected to an extremely irritating, disingenuous hard sales process for purchasing holiday packages which dampened our entire stay. They kept calling and interrupting our break and wasted a lot of our time at check in. The place was dated but ok, however, the walls between units are ridiculously thin so you can hear your neighbors conversation. Also took a hard hold on our account. I will NEVER stay at a Wyndham again.

Pros: Clean room. Cons: We were next door to another family and we could hear them through the connecting door. We could smell the food they were cooking too.

Giving three stars because I don’t appreciate being blindsided with a sales pitch for a timeshare on my vacation. Being asked to leave a $40 deposit on my credit card to “hold my place” for their 90 minute presentation that I had no intention of going to anyway didn’t sit well with me either. My time is valuable and I don’t want to give up a single second of my free time to be sold something I absolutely don’t want. The rooms could have been cleaned better, lots of dust. The beds were not all that great, woke up very sore every morning. Due to the giant dip in the mattress. Walls are very thin and could hear every step and word that neighbors made.

Property is outdated and unkept. Smells and not clean.

My wife and I were very pleased with every aspect of our stay at Club Wyndham Patriots’ Place. The staff was professional… the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained… the pool was nice and also well maintained.

We picked this hotel to stay for our trip to Busch Gardens. The price was affordable, we love the apartment style hotels and it is not far from the park. The rooms are a bit outdated at this hotel and the mattress was not the most comfortable thing that we have slept on. We were fine with it for 2 nights however. They will try to hard sell you on a Time Share though. We had to basically walk out and be like NO. Also the pool is small and was packed. The water was a bit merky so we did not swim for a long time. It was definitely not the place to relax. We would stay here again for a short trip, but anything longer we would probably pay more and look elsewhere.

Wonderful place

This was a wonderful hotel! It wasn’t really like a hotel at all—more like a private condo. It was spacious and clean and stocked with everything you need. We would recommend it highly!!

I have stayed here several times. Each time is better than the previous stay. I enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the convenience of shopping and dining options. The staff is excellent.

I loved that it wasn’t your normal hotel look it was like mini apartments . Definitely felt safe in the area as well .
