This was a delightful stay. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing- so many choices and all delicious. The suite was very comfortable and well equipped.

We throughly enjoyed our stay but was surprised by how worn down it looked. Especially in the lobby and breakfast area. Perfect location to visit the great museums and art installations at Seattle Center.

The hotel is nice, but indicate they offer food on site which wasnt available on our visit as the kitchen was closed that Saturday evening. That is a high travel day and would expect this to be available. To add to this the morning breakfast ran out of eggs by 09:20 on Sunday morning. Again how do you not prepare for this rush and run out of a very essential part of breakfast. Too bad this impacts my perception of this hotel.

Great location and good breakfast. Didn’t get to check in until just after 4:00 and could hear street noise at night on the 5th floor. We had a view of the Space Needle and the room was spacious. My son slept in the pull out couch which was very thin and not too comfortable. I would stay again for convenience of location.

Everything was great, only issue was the A/C didn’t work in the room. However they fixed it immediately. The staff was great and room was super clean. Great location in the city to be close to the Apple Cup but also away from the packed bars.

Juanita greeted and checked us in. She was very friendly and helpful. We got all the information we needed from her and other staff members. This hotel is in an excellent location. for many activities. Many are in walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was wonderful. Grandma Pat made our stay even more extraordinary!

The check-in staff continually lied about when our room would be ready. We arrived before the standard check-in time from our cruise ship. We knew that and just wanted an idea when the room would be ready so we could decide to wait or leave. They said an hour to hour and half. Checked in at 1.5 hour mark to be told at least another hour, then again. We got our room like 5 minutes before check in. We could have left and enjoyed some of Seattle. My elderly in-laws wanted to get some rest before we left, which is why we were waiting. PLEASE just be truthful. Also, I made requests for accessible room and did not get that. I learned to be sure to confirm that before arrival. The room was great once we got to it.

Great access to downtown Seattle and harbor! I would definitely stay here again. Only dissatisfaction was expensive and very limited parking. Also GPS directions were unclear in navigating downtown.

Wonderful hotel. They provide shuttle service to Pier 91 Cruise Terminal for a small charge. Only negative is the luggage carts are terrible, soft tires don’t work well !

Our room could use a deep clean. It’s a dark & depressing room. If you open the shades you are looking into windows of the people across the way. When I booked we were told there is a lovely rooftop area we could use which would have been wonderful but it was closed!

Location perfect for visit to Space Needle. Excellent breakfast and very accommodating for those leaving on cruise from nearby pier.

When we checked in we were greeted at the front desk, we were surprised that we were able to check in early. The person at the front desk was so helpful and gave us a map and circled all the places we should go to and Xed out places we shouldn’t. This was a great guide for the few days we were in Seattle. The breakfast was decent and the workers were kind. I would most definitely recommend Hyatt house Seattle/downtown and would stay here again if we decide to return.

Great location and have parking options which was very helpful. Definitely worth staying at. Great breakfast and a small convenience store inside hotel. Walking distance from anything you need.

Room was ok, but warning that monorail runs right past the window would have been nice, as we were just putting suitcases in our room, we were waved at by people on the monorail, which meant that we needed to keep shear blinds down all the time (3rd floor room). There was also no ability to adjust the shower pressure or height of the shower head. Breakfast was very average.

Love the location of this property. Only complaint was only one elevator was working so it took forever to get to your room because everyone had luggage and would fill up the elevator quickly.

The view of the Seattle Space Needle was amazing! I was within walking distance of multiple tourist attractions (Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Garden Museum, and MoPop). The hotel’s breakfast was delicious and I would recommend staying at this location.

One out of two elevators didn’t work and the other didn’t have any air conditioning, so with eight or so people in the elevator at the same time, it was uncomfortable. The lower key sensor to get to your floor also didn’t work. The help phone in the garage to call the front desk didn’t work. There was no parking underground in the evening when we returned so we had to call and were sent to drive 2.5 blocks to another hotel to park at the sister Hyatt. That elevator from the garage didn’t work either and so we had to take the stairs which didn’t feel safe and walk back in the dark. Both beds had dirty sheets. One had multiple hairs in it. The other had crumbs. So they brought us new sheets and we were asked to make the beds ourselves with the new sets since housekeeping had gone home. When we went to get tea in the lobby at various times, either there was no hot water in the dispenser or they were out of all decaffeinated teas. One of the worst hotels I have ever been in and the management should take a deeper look at guest experience and make it easier for the people working there.

Huge room. The size of a small apartment. Very nice. Only issue was parking. We got the very last spot in the parking garage and several other cars kept coming in to park, without success. If we had larger than a compact vehicle, we would not have had room to park in any spot.

Excellent spot next to the MoPOP and Space Needle! We had room 424 which had fantastic views all-around, worth every penny. Room 424 was spacious, well apportioned, and most of the items worked (one of the curtain switches didn’t work, but it didn’t matter much). Also, the one of the elevators was out during our stay but the staff gave us free parking ($50 value!) which more than made up for the extra time. Breakfast was one of the better continental style spreads, however do get there early as the crowds pick up after 7:30. Finally, the staff was impeccable and friendly, from front desk to cleaning staff. We plan to stay here again! If you have a larger family (up to 6), this is the place!
