Hotel is ok but I had alarms going off for 2 hours at night. When asked to cancel next day, they did not allow, as well as no concession for the horrible night I had. I wouldn't recommend.

Location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants but at the same time tucked away in a quiet street. We were greeted by Marie who was so friendly and professional, providing great local info. The hotel is super-relaxed and tasteful in every way, with great rooms.

I thought it was too expensive to comparable hotels in the off season. The dining room was not open. Other cheaper hotels had their dining open.

The service and staff were superb! One of the best hotels we have ever experienced!

We had a great stay at the hotel and all the staff was extremely friendly. There is a nice pool to soak away with hot coffee and a mini fridge with cold drinks next to the pool. If you dont speak Spanish that is no problem as the staff speaks good English. Best part there is no party or bar noise which is common in beach towns. We walked to the beach each day, walking around after dark is very safe and secure. You cant go wrong if you pick this hotel.

We were able to drop off luggage prior to check in so we could walk around.

The property is immaculate! The staff is exceptional! I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit!

It was a wonderful place to chill, close enough to the action but far enough from the bustle. Staff was great at assisting for activities. Great breakfast terrace.

This place is perfect. Upgraded upon arrival complimentary. Gorgeous property and even better people working here. This is the only place to stay in Tamarindo! Great location!

The property was very clean and the staff were friendly, however this is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. If you're expecting 4 star quality and service this is not it. It is definitely a 3 star hotel and I do believe there are better ones in the area. The place is very small. There's about 3 people on staff (not including the people that clean). Breakfast was okay. They placed me in a room where construction was being done in the back area every morning which was very loud. I don't understand why a hotel would place someone in a room where construction is being done (and not offer some type of discount). There was also issues with the TV in the room (and I eventually had to be moved to another room which was inconvenient because at that point I was already settled). Also there was no microwave in my room or in any common areas. Overall, the staff was friendly and the issues I had were minor, but as I said this is not a 4 star hotel which is what I expected.

This property is a quiet, peaceful haven in a very busy beach area of Tamarindo. The property is beautifully maintained, the staff was outstanding, and the comfort and security of the guests is prioritized. The hotel is a short stroll from everything you could want locally-- beach and restaurants -- and the staff is very knowledgable about the area and happy to help. We had a wonderful, restful 4 days.

Unbelievable staff. Very helpful. The location was excellent to walk to a number of great restaurants. Rooms were very clean with good AC. The free breakfasts were also very good

Nice quiet place in the heart of bustling Tamarindo. Minor criticisms: Microwave and/or toaster/oven would have been convenient. Also, the metal "glasses" provided in the rooms are not conducive to drinking wine.

The hotel was exceptionally peaceful considering its location in a very busy area of Tamarindo. Every member of the staff was engaging and helpful. Every restaurant recommended was spot on. Definitely going back next year.

It goes without saying the team goes above and beyond to make your stay in Costa Rica perfect. Our family of 6 felt very well taken care of. Our rooms were immaculate. The grounds and the boutique style of the accommodations were perfect. Thanks Marie and team! We definitely will book again when we come back.

Loved the place the minute we checked in! An oasis in Tamarindo for sure. Great breakfast everyday, The grounds are very relaxing and Marie is a great host.

The close proximity to nice restaurants, boutiques, cafes and the beach made our stay very easy. Marie, Bathsheba and Milan (sp) and the entire staff were attentive and very friendly. We loved our stay.

Beautiful property and well maintained. Marie was really nice and gave us great advice on what to do. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. We didn't get breakfast in our deal for some reason. But we had coffee, tea (in the morning to the afternoon), and cold water for free. I definitively recommend it to adults!

This is a small, beautiful property for adults only. Marie and the other staff were concerned about providing everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the best fun. If we were not going to be at the hotel for breakfast (served daily and included), we had something in our fridge the night before. There is filtered water and coffee always avaiable. Beautiful pool and deck. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

The hospitality and service is above and beyond a 5 star hotel!! I was greeted upon arrival with such a caring professional! Marie made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs throughout my stay at Tamarindo Bay Boutique hotel. Will be back! Highly recommended! Thank you,

Loved the Adult only, helpful and friendly. Pool was dirty for a couple of days but they treated it and back to crystal clear. The AC was undersized for room.

We had a lovely time staying at this quaint spot. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were beautiful. The pool was always warm and the staff was friendly and always helpful. Being off the main road kept it peaceful and quiet and happens to be right around the corner from the best restaurants (which are also not on the main strip). Highly recommend if you are looking for a low key beautiful spot, close to everything.

Great location to be able to walk to town and the beach and a grocery store super close too. We felt totally safe and it was nice to have access to fresh coffee all day.

A very small property that is adults only. Great amenities. Great breakfast. Once there you really don’t need to drive anywhere yet very quiet.

Marie and all the staff were amazing, the entire place was always clean and being tended to. We wi definitely be going back there soon.
