Location is great, the staff are amazing (especially the girl who answered my phone, forgotten her name) the caretaker gentleman was also 👌

Being asked to pay cash....I mean who travels with cash these days? It's totally inconvenienced me. And being told we need to understand the situation in the Country....As international travellers we just want good service without being inconvenienced

There's privacy and security.. Location is within walking distance to town and other amenities. Great kitchen setup especially for long stays. The place was clean and tidy. The staff were very nice and very hospitable.

The WiFi connection was so damn slow. Its was as good as it wasn't there. The TV channels are more biased towards sport, so there was hardly any entertainment channels worth watching save for sport and the Indian tele novela Road side noise was a bit on the loud side, I kinda struggled to sleep. Maybe a little sound insulation and double glazing will help Positions of power outlet sockets especially in the bedroom are difficult to access. Stair way not covered and very slippery in the rain. The stairs need urgent attention lest there will be crippling accidents

cooker was off never cooked but ate takeaway all the time I stayed there. Microwave was new but not working

The receptionist wasn't much friendly and we waited over 30 minutes to get to the room. The lady we talked to over the phone was so accommodating and professional......there is need though to train the other staff to be a bit hospitable

I liked the location and the condition of the apartments. There are still new. I had issues with internet to which the hosts acted real quick to make sure everything could go back on track

The location is great

On arrival, I was told to pay extra, apparently they felt they had not updated their rates on booking.com. Secondly, they have a communal toilet and bathing room, something they should mention on their profile. I cancelled the booking and went else were. the profile gives the wrong impression of what the facility is actually like.

Had Business to do in the CBD so the place is conveniently located.

If you can just stock the kitchen with complimentary tea bags, coffee and sugar.
