We loved the location and sea views, particularly the fact that there were three bedrooms with sea view. The large terrace was perfect for our group of two families, as was the large dining table downstairs. The kids enjoyed the games room and cute bunk bed. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Nice rooms plenty of space great location

Some of the games were broken by earlier guests and a few things like wire brush to clean bbq and foil or cling film would have been handy but no biggie as we managed.

Excellent location, good bedroom layout for large extended family, good cooking facilities.

Downstairs shower a tad noisy but did not seem to be a problem overall.

There were ants everywhere. Put me off two of my meals at the dining table. The bathrooms and kitchen were disappointing and the parasol didn’t seem to fit the base so even the balcony which was the best feature wasn’t really usable in the heat

The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. The house is in a fabulous location and had everything you needed for a holiday and plenty of space for 8 people.

Unfortunately there were no cue's for the pool table.

Beachside location

Fire wasnt working and owners couldnt fix it as a remote control for it was missing

The situation of the house is perfect for beach access. Felpham is a short drive away or lovely 2 mile stroll.

EVERYTHING! the house is modern, cosy and perfect for a great stay. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful welcome hamper.
