The experience from checking in to checking out was GREAT! The 3-11 girl was really nice-sorry I don't remember her name. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet expect if you crack your window open- I did like that I was able to open the window just a little for fresh air-you could hear the cars on the interstate. Did not use the pool (too cold) but we did go sit out there and it was really clean. Bonus they have a hot tub! Will be using this hotel for all of our weekend getaways from now own.

The hotel is older, no x-tras. Not sure what Plus means, but it wasn’t as nice as other Red Roof Inns that we’ve stayed at. Not even a grab-n-go breakfast.

We were greeted by men across the street, yelling and screaming at us, throwing stuff off the balcony and hitting people‘s vehicles. Different rooms down our entire hallway were nothing but people partying. You could hear them at the elevators.Once we got to our room, we turned on the lights and roaches just scattered and went into the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. We had to leave and get our money back and try to find another hotel which there was none in a 60 mile span and ended up having to drive all the way back home. I do not recommend you stay at this facility! Picture included is one of the roaches that we were able to catch and get a picture of.

When going to bed, discovered sheets had blood on them. I was not offered a different room but told they would bring me a change of sheets that I could switch out.

I am very pleased with my one-night stay at the Red Roof Inn. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with pets!

No breakfast
The fridge in room did not keep food cold enough. My wife has medicine that has to be kept ata temperature range of 36-46 degrees. I couldn’t take the chance so I took her medication down to front desk and they put it in the refrigerator near lobby. I pick it up prior to departing hotel.

First room bathroom had a very strong mildew smell so strong it made us all nauseous. Was shown another room that smelled very strong of wet dog and the same mildew smell in the bathroom. Third room was clean and bathroom still had a very faint mildew smell. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful and tried to rectify the situation, however those bathrooms need to be ripped out and that mold issue handled.

Had an employee come in my room while I was in the shower in the middle of the day. Also, at 9am Sunday morning worker tore the screen off our window and pulled so hard that it opened the window. No warning or anything, someone could have been seriously hurt had my husband assumed he was breaking in.

I have stayed at this hotel often due to its good value. The location and staff are excellent. The rooms are old and in poor condition. Most of the furniture is damaged and stains are consistently visible all over the carpets, lamp shades, etc. The first floor often smells bad. They do offer good TV selection that includes HBO channels.

I don’t know where the “plus” is at this location. There’s only 1 trash can (none in bathroom, odd) rusty lamp, maybe 10 ish channels (all HBO) dusty walls. 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a room that sleeps 4 (family of 4, we had to ask for more) and ac sounds like it’s struggling

Very disappointed in the price for what we got. The bedding was ripped and stained. The pocket bathroom offered one towel hook for a room meant for four people. One tiny corner shelf in a stall shower is all you get. No counter space for toiletries around the sink, which is a corner in the room. We were shocked and disappointed at the overall lack of space and storage/usable surfaces for a four person room, much less any place to change with privacy. I wouldnt have had a much easier time staying here alone as a woman. However, the front desk staff is very friendly and kind.
