Parking was a constant issue with very limited hotel guest assignment
Obviously an older property as are all options in Llandudno and not a spacious room
Location to pier and boardwalk is excellent

This was our second stay and have to say it was disappointing, our room was very small, felt like it used to be a store cupboard and the hotel has renovated it into a room. The bathroom was very small and hard to manoeuvre into the shower with the bathroom door shut. A view over the Carpark and bins. Everything was clean just didn’t feel special and would not book again based on this experience which is a shame as last time our room was so much better.

Sttaff at hotel eere excellent. Breakfast was average for the price . I upgraded to a sea view room with a king size bed.,room was spacious but the bed was two singles pushed together, although the bed was still comfortable.

The atmosphere was relaxing and cosy. I enjoyed the food and the windows surrounding the restaurant really comfortable and felt like home. Staff was helpful and welcolming l would like to stay in a room with sea view next time.

Quite nice hotel, but the decor looked a little tired. Mix up at check in which was resolved quickly and efficiently by the lovely Hanna. Standard room was a bit small but then the premium room for our 2nd night was much better. Breakfast was very nice in the main dining room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.

Easy check in, really friendly staff in all areas of the hotel, comfy bed. Bathroom a little tired but nothing bad. Lovely breakfast. Great location.

Fabulous staff and great food both in the evening and at breakfast. Room was a bit tired and could do with updating. Parking an issue as only 30 places for 90 rooms so be aware it is difficult especially in summer. Overall the staff make it a great stay but see comments above.

Stayed at the hotel as guests of a wedding reception and had a fabulous time and stay other than the parking which was very stressful. Over an hour spent trying to find a parking space, time that could have been spent with family & friends.

Clean room and friendly staff, property itself was dated but didnt detract from a pleasant stay and it is of victorian era. Hot Breakfast was ok be it kept under heat lamps a bit too long, overall we would stay there again, well done staff

The staff were excellent in the bar, the breakfast room and the reception. The lady who appeared to be the duty manager went above and beyond - excellent service. The only negative point for me was that there were no USB connections in the room!

St George's Hotel loved up to 4* expectation. The staff were friendly and helpful and the environment was lovely. Great artwork, furnishings and spaces. We booked a rooftop room with balcony. Not sure worth full price, but as had Hotels.com money off, worth every penny!!!!! Incredible views and comfortable sofa and bed!!!

The hotel itself is fabulous and well located. Service was not the best, very slow at breakfast and in the bar. Curtains in room were stained and when the windows were shut the room was musty.

Great hotel and friendly staff, only complaint was the carpet in the room hard dirty marks all over it. Only a few parking spaces so had to find elsewhere to park which meant paying during the day

Can not fault this hotel. The staff and service is excellent. All very clean and well kept up to. Ideal spot on the front. The only thing was the air con was not working but they did supply us with a fan. Hopefully will be back.

Grand old Victorian hotel with plenty of famous visitors over the years. Dinner in the restaurant was far better than we’d expected so highly recommended, especially a table on the terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast was absolutely fine though not exceptional. Our room was spacious and super clean. The staff seemed keen to please so I was a little surprised they didn’t really pick up on my birthday which I’d pre-notified. Just a chocolate on the pillow or a card or a glass of Prosecco would’ve really given it a wow factor. I do recommend this hotel though, and especially the food at dinner. Lovely.

We had a lovely stay at the george hotel. We had a partial sea view, and it was perfect. We had a bath and shower, bed was comfortable. If i had to pick any faults it would be breakfast. Food was very good but service let it down. We got missed out, probably so many people to serve they lost our order. Other than this little niggle everything was perfect. Will go back there again.

Great hotel, very aesthetically pleasing both inside and out. The architecture of the cieling in the main hall is quite something. Staff informative and helpful. The hotel was great, lovely & clean and very cosy which was ideal for the autumn weather we had in peak summer. The room was adequate for our two nights and very comfortable.
Set on the beachfront in walking distance from a high street of shops and within driving distance of retail parks and supermarkets. You can easily walk over to the beachfront and the pier, there's also plenty of sight seeing opportunities within easy reach by car/taxi.

Reception we had a 40 minute wait to be checked in, then we had booked a disabled room, but the room was impossible to get to, as my mother is in a wheelchair. Waited nearly an hour to get sorted again in reception and had to pay extra to move rooms. No acceptable very disappointed

We had a lovely stay, our room was spacious and very clean. The only thing I could say is the panel on the bath was a bit messy when it had been repaired. Otherwise very clean.
Our party were climbing snowdon and we left before breakfast started but the hotel was more than happy to do us a packed lunch to take with us. Sandwiches, crisps, two packets of biscuits and a bottle of water. Breakfast on the second day was great.
We would definitely stay here again.

- Hotel does not have enough parking available
- Room felt dated. There were signs of sloppy maintainence and the room felt a little empty and basic.
- Room had a film on the window so you could not see out.

Bedding was dirty. The room and bathroom were not cleaned to a 4 star standard where there were mutiple loose hairs all over the place. The red cleaning products they did use was left all over the toilet. Out of all the staff we came across, only one spoke as you should in hospitality. Hotel needs updating/modernisation and thorough clean. Benefit of the property is that it is close walking distance to the main attractions.
