The airconditioner in both rooms are too noisy. There is no paper towel or refill of toilet paper. No iron provided and no hand soap provided in the kitchen. Location of the television is very inconvenient and the refrigerator has a fowl odor. No oven but at least theres a microwave and rice cooker.

cool and comfortable. had issues with parking but the staff was quick to respond and gave us a resolution right away. location is very close to SMX. easy to get a cab. we cooked, grab delivery was also easy.

The place is nice and clean. Location is close to Abreeza mall and is quiet. I had a good sleep, bed was comfortable. The AC in the bedroom was very cool. Has a small kitchen, so we were able to cook breakfast. Owner was very responsive. Had some issues such as lacking of bedding for the extra mattress, broken water heater, and no internet connection but the owner was quick to help and sent stuff the next morning.

The bathroom sink does not drain well, the water is pooling. I forgot to mention this to the owner but I assume she is aware. Free parking outside the building is available but is very limited.

Near the city center. Easy and smooth check-in… located on the 2nd floor so it is easier to access the unit.

The flush in the toilet room isn’t functional.

It’s hard to find even taxi driver don’t know where it is. Owner/Manager should send an email a day or two ahead about all the instructions, property details etc. as travellers like us take off from our country of origin to the Philippines and there’s no way we can read emails anymore unless we are connected with a wifi in a foreign country. I mean, they should advertise the property that it’s inside the Camila homes Bajada not Vitoria Suites so it’s easy to find. It was a nightmare looking for this place to check in. We already hop on 4 different taxi drivers before we find the place. Luckily there’s a Good Samaritan in there who also manage the place ringing the owner of the unit we booked. We arrived in Davao at 7:15pm were all very tired and we didn’t come in in the unit until almost 11pm and have some dinner. The place, both aircon was noisy, very small kitchen and bathroom has cockroach on the floor when we were there. Bed is a bit hard but we get what we paid for. Overall not too bad.

Actually the stay was excellent, since we booked with 6 including children. We enjoyed there perhaps a lil bit small but was cozy enough to accommodate our needs.Definitely I'm coming back in!!!To Ms Vickie thanks and see you soon maybe!

the bed were for 4 people only. there was no extra futon. The parking was limited, its hard to find a spot.

The property is not what it showed at the booking .com the pictures how it look and reviews are far from what I see on actual. No water heater.. no showers not working .there’s no water dispenser we have to use the water manually. The security has to ask us to write the guest list aside from checking there log books?? Given to them by the agent who is looking after the property..because the list of the guest was submitted to them already . To booking.com the taxes are high.. if it was 21,100+ ( tjis is what I thought have to pay) —- staying in Davao with condo and apartment I won’t advise anyone at all.. they’re decieving. They may need to update there pictures on the website .

The check in process was very seamless. No hassles at all. The host was was accommodating and friendly. I also like the interior designs of the rooms. The view from our room overlooking Davao City lights was also perfect.

The parking space process. I understand that I had to pay for parking. What I didn't appreciate was the security guard at Building 4 had no change for my payment and I was surprised as to why he didn't turnover the change to the next guard on duty. We needed to get the change as we'll be checking out earlier the morning after. I found out, just basing from the staff I spoke too that the guards are not allowed to take parking payments. They are doing it as sidelines. I have nothing against them, I have an issue about the process. What's good though is that the change was given to us before check out. If it wasn't, all hell could break lose. This needs to be corrected onset.

Nice location and indeed a proper view from the balcony, awesome interior very stylish apartment.

Non working TV the Induction stove popped the fuse and the appliance broke down, sparks in power lines,.....after mentioning the proble m the management refused any discount arrangement due to the faulty kitchen. God bless but rather look for a modern well wired apartment, the staff told me about the weak infrastructure, also bloody noisy AC

Location - very strategic, near to airport with direct access to diversion road, also near to city center, major malls, hospitals, fastfood, convenience store Security - as it is situated inside a condominium complex, there are security guards roving around Design and facilities - unit has homey interior design with lots of decors on each corner. They have strong wifi, smart tv, fridge, etc. They also have minibar inside the fridge with few foods and a beer.

Beds - we were a group of 6, and sleeping arrangements weren't what we expected. The Pull-out bed inside the master's bedroom is hard to pull, and the room has very limited space. We ended up using their extra futon but can only fit 1 pax. Unit is best for 4 pax only so everyone can sleep comfortably. Towels - only 4 was provided (their standard per owner) even if our reserved head count was 6 pax. So some of us were sharing. AC - 1 of the ACs has no cover (not pleasing to see and touch), we're told that the previous guest has damaged it, and the repair man did not arrive before we checked in. Supposedly, it will be repaired the following day, but then again, there were some reasons it's not fixed for the whole duration of stay. Bathroom - several problems/damages were noticed such as missing hook for the bidet and shower head, and slow drain in the sink Flat Iron - no iron board provided and and the iron itself is quite dirty. There were some burnt marks on the hot plate. Cleanliness - Overall, it's okay, but there are corners with cobwebs, and some feel iffy.
