Nice place. Great communication with host.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. Walked to La Comer the grocery store almost daily, about a mile. There are restaurants just a block away. we really enjoyed our time!

We will rent again

From the moment you book the condo til the end of our stay everything was better than expected. Casa Aguinaldo delivered a serene environment that gave us the chance to relax and enjoy San Jose del Cabo. It was centrally located with easy access to shopping, dinning and beach. It is highly recommended and we can guarantee a perfect vacation.

Our stay was amazing! Great views of the golf course every morning! Easy walk to the beach and shops. Nice and quiet on the beaches, close to art walk area with unique shops and local eateries. The hammock on the patio was a nice treat as well! Would recommend to anyone who wants a lovely place to stay!

All was perfect - exactly as advertised!

Absolutely loved this place! The area was secure and we had no issues with neighbors. It was an absolute delight waking up to the golf course and being able to walk to the beach. The home was very clean, the wifi was fast, and the pool was refreshing. The location is within walking distance to shops, the beach, and a short Uber ride to the plaza. Overall, great location and we will be staying here again! Thank you so much!

Condo was very clean and nice view of the golf course. It is a little difficult to get to being in Phase 2 and you need to walk to the gate to let a taxi in. But overall Maria was easy to work with and I would recommend this property.

The condo is beautiful with a huge deck overlooking the golf course. There are multiple swimming pools with palapas for relaxing with a good book or having a cool dip. The condo is a 5 min. walk to the Malacon and the beach...an easy walk to the grocery store and a lovely walk to "Old Town." The location is perfect! The host, Maria, was incredibly helpful, providing us with loads of information on amenities in the area and was quick to answer any questions we had. We have already booked our next vacation here!

We were in Mexico for three months, and this was by far the best place we stayed. Clean, modern, nicely decorated, lots of light and fresh air, kitchen had everything we needed, large patio, well-maintained complex, three pools, many restaurants nearby.

This was our first time in Cabo and chose the perfect property for the first half of our trip. Condo had everything that we needed, plus more. We literally could have just packed clothes and would have been all set. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Our morning walks on the beach were like no other. Maria responded very quickly to a few questions I had. Highly recommend this property, and will definitely keep it mind for future trips!

I stayed here for a total of 4 nights with my husband. Really nice unit that was well appointed, at a great price, and Maria was a very attentive and responsive host. During our stay, we were also able to park our rental car in a garage spot that was a short walk to the unit. The pictures and description of the unit are both accurate. Location of the unit is in a safe spot, and is a short drive to many spots in San Jose Los Cabos, including the downtown area. Something to be aware of, especially if you are driving -- the unit can be kind of difficult to find on your own, even with GPS. The address dosen't show up correctly in Google or Apple Maps, and the directions will point you in the wrong direction. None of these are the fault of the host or the unit itself.

Property was great. Maria was a great host and very responsive.. We enjoyed our stay at her condo.

My wife said the condo was clean, quaint, cozy and had updated decor. The condo is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart etc. The host provides all the little things to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The patio is very nice and has a nice view of the golf course and surrounding homes. on the mountain. We were super happy with the place and would stay there again.

As soon as we entered the apartment, we all fell in love in it - very stylish withmore than everything you need for a great stay! Maria went above and beyond providing everything we need for our 13 months old toddler. Sadly, balcony is not facing morning or evening sun, so we didn't enjoy it as much as we hoped but for sure during summer times that is a huge plus! Pool's were cold (21 degress) due to heat issues but Jacuzzis were great and warm. Location is not that great if you are looking to go to downtown ans around often. Uber ride to downtown is between 60-70 pesos (30 minutes walk), 40-50 pesos to the nearest grocery store (25 min walk).

Loved it clean close to everything.

My husband and I are in our early 60’s and spend some time in the spring and fall in San Jose del Cabo. We knew the location of this condo was within walking distance of restaurants, a beach, a gym, grocery stores, and Old Town. If you need a ride, Uber’s are super easy to grab and MUCH cheaper than a cab. Beautiful condo, tastefully decorated. The apartment was well stocked with spices, coffee, dish towels, tea, toilet paper, suntan lotion, soaps, and poo-pourri in both bathrooms. Everything looked brand new. Toaster, coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, blender, etc. An excellent selection of games. (Yes, I was the Scrabble Champ) Mostly an older clientele in this gated complex. Three pools. One pool area has at least 100 books from which to choose. Immaculate beautiful grounds. Flowers EVERYWHERE! A 10-minute walk to the beach. Easy enough with the wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs that are provided with the unit. LOTS of pillows for the beds. Big, little, hard, soft, and in-between. The balcony was the best: Overhead fans, hammock, and fun watching the golfers. The pictures you see on her site are exactly what you get. We stayed 15 nights, making the washer/dryer a must. (Detergent provided.) We were lucky enough to find a bottle of Titos Vodka in the freezer. Maria, our host, said we could use anything, so we used the vodka. In return, we left a bottle of champagne. Maria was always quick to respond to any questions I had and gave detailed information about anything you would need via VRBO, along with the information you may need in a book at the condo. We are looking forward to renting this unit again. Thank you, Maria and family, for such a beautiful warm home away from home.
