The location is fantastic, close to the Karsiyaka coast where you can unwind and explore the scenic beauty.

Cozy beds, all facilities available and best of all was THE VIEW. The view was exceptional with a full panoramic view of the Izmir Bay, where you could watch people passing by for hours over a cup of coffee in the morning or a few Beers at night. The location was pretty great, right on one of the most vibrant part of the city with Bars, restaurant and Cafes everywhere. Direct access to the ferry gave us quick access to Alsancak (the second city center on the other side of the Bay). Karşıyaka Market was a few minutes away, where you'll find all the services you might need, Literally ALL SERVICES.

The quality of the flooring and interior isn't as good, the Main living hall was Perfect but the rest of the apartment needs some decor work. The AC in the apartment wasn't enough, especially that the Sun was always heating up the place. More cooling is definitely needed in the place. Also only one Bedroom had AC which seemed unfair, and there was another AC in the living. Some basic amenities like washing powder and Tissues were limited, as one would expect those to be ready in a place with this price tag (above average)

This apartment was located in an incredible part of town. I was literally walking distance to everything. It was just as pictured, very clean, and very private. I felt right at home in this space and was grateful for a cozy apartment that was away from the big hotels.

A treat to stay in this lovely apartment, the way the light fell into the space, the environmental design and architecture all of it is impressive. I will return as often as I can and will be sure to advise friends about this gem.
