Everything was disgusting

Value for money. Staff was very polite, rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic facilities. Other than that they have security who was on round and many dining option near by. Must stay here if you have come for work or with family.

They should get an award,I am telling you they were so friendly and gave their all to make sure my stay was flawless,and it was.Excellent service given by staff.

Days Inn by Windham, Richmond Virginia Room was fairly clean. My problem was the lsst might of my stay. A visious storm came,heavy rain and wind. I turned the heat up but nothing happened. The room was freezing cold. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. I had to sleep in my clothes. Thank goodness I was checking out the next morning.

Do not stay here! Stains on the bed cover. No sheets or blanket on the bed. And I saw a cockroach. I was in the room all of 2 minutes before I left and went to the best western plus down the street. Do yourself a favor and just go there!

Not only was there limited dining, there was NO DINING even though the site promised there would be. No continental breakfast whatsoever. In regards to the room, the room was clean and it did have a small refrigerator and microwave. Although the bathroom was clean and the water was satisfactory, it was small and a walk-in shower, no tub. Also when going to get the key, the price I had to pay was a few dollars higher than quoted. It was okay for a one night stay.

Offer with free breakfast, not breakfast at all

TERRIBLE!!!! False advertisement, there is no breakfast. Our toilet did not work, someone came to “fix” it however next time we used it same issue. Customer service sucks, rooms are dirty, overall a horrible experience. Will not be returning, only reason I even bothered staying was because it was only 1 night.

I was informed at check-in that my reservation had been cancelled by management because they didn’t have a room for me. No call to inform me. No apology. No attempt at a resolution. This is not only poor customer service, but a poor way to run a business. This was not as simple as a cancelled dinner reservation- the disrespect and disregard for someone else’s well-being, security, etc. was evident and astounding. Would not recommend.

We had a amazing time at this hotel. We had three rooms we all stayed next door to one another. Our family and friends came to the hotel and we had a great time in the lobby lounge area eating, talking and enjoying ourselves. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing.

Non smoking room smelled like ash tray no towels in room floor dirty vending machines empty and more….

Staff friendly. Quiet. No loud noises

Online you can't tell that this is a rundown shady hotel but when you pull up there are people in the parking lot doing drug deals all hours of the night loud music and what looks to be like hookers coming in and out all night. This would have been an issue we could have accepted that but when we got into our room there is visible mold on the ceiling we asked for non-smoking room and it smelled so strongly of cigarettes that all of our clothes smelled like cigarettes when we left. The bed was broken. Lopsided and squeaky.The service was not very good nobody came to give us towels the room didn't even have clean sheets we have to go get clean sheets that were stains behind the bed that look like previous blood sweater and hair and stains in the bed. Terrible. We felt unsafe during our stay and worried about our items being stolen or getting bed bugs. We would have left however they said we couldn't get a refund due to booking through Hotels.com. if you ever want our business I suggest a refund and removing this trashy hotel from your site.

Terrible experience- first- no one was there to check me in for like 10 minutes- then loud club music kept me up all nite- parking lot was full of cars from people at the club- no one warned me or I would nevwr have stayed here

I was very pleased with my room, amenities, and overall experience. The entire property was VERY clean and nicely updated. Despite a few features that give away its age (noisy AC, cable TV was out, cigarette burn in comforter) the room was almost fully updated with beautiful furnishings, HOT water, wall mounted soap dispensers to reduce waste, and a mini fridge/microwave. The staff wasn’t very friendly but I was still very pleased with my stay.

Did not get to stay, associates were unable to find my reservation even with a rep from hotels.com telling them what to do. However, while they are in the lobby, I noticed everyone coming in or out all looked like they were drug attic’s. Just being outside on the phone with the rep while she was finding me another hotel everyone outside, screaming and arguing and drinking at almost 11 o’clock at night on a Wednesday.

Front staff extremely rude. Can’t believe this property is associated with Day’s Inn Hotels

I was upset that the pool was non funcitoning for years and they havent updatied the website. Also the

Loud noise vehicle in the middle of the night the base Bahman woke us up out of the sleep. Breakfast was not available due to Covid, but said on line breakfast was available REALLY. we should be credited for having to go out to breakfast every morning.

We got into our room and the beds weren't made up. Went to the office and he upgraded the room but with just two of us, it was something we couldn't use. The big negatives were that the Wi-Fi didn't work and the Breakfast was not available due to Covid-19 according to the manager and his sign. I've not seen that since over a year ago. Also, there was no soap or shampoo as the dispensers in the shower were empty. I have to assume that the owners of this motel cut every corner that they can get away with. They need to remove breakfast and wi-fi from their ad. It's just misleading.

I did not like being unsafe and room was not up to par

I would appreciate refund for this property. I did not have a safe stay. The room had cigarette odor and dirty sheets. Also, lots of outdoor noise and homelsss people will everywhere around the hotel which made us feel very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Bed linen/ pillow case were not clean.

Not friendly staff. Breakfast was included but they said they don’t off that anymore since COVID. Pool was also closed for COVID. Room had no soap, shampoo, conditioner even though it says so in the amenities section. Security guard roaming the parking lot. Not the best area of town. Easy on off to Rt. 150

THE ONLY MOTEL WE FOUND IN THE AREA WITH REPAINED ROOM AND NEW AMENITIES AS THE MANAGEMENT THREW AWAY EVERYTHING AND REPLACED ALL THAT NEED FOR A NICE, COZY ROOM/. WARM WELCOME, THE STAFF IS CORTEOUS, KIND AND HELPFUL

Desk help was terrible. Inept clerk. Check in was at least 30 minutes. I did online booking so it should’ve been a lot quicker

Filthy Floors in my room and the sheets and blankets were stained. I would recommend sleeping in your car instead of here.

Just popped in for a little shut eye and headed out early Front desk was very friendly and polite All good here
