The staff, location, and facilities were excellent.

The pantry was pricey, and we were told we couldn't get a late check-out even though our family was having an affair at the hotel the same day. We were only requesting an address hour.

I did not like anything

Breakfast was well made with good variety. The cook, waiters, and front desk staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Everything was great. I wish there was more restaurants on the side of the hotel so we didn’t have to walk across the turnpike area.

I liked that the property had a pool and the food was pretty decent.

Rooms were dirty and each of my family’s rooms had bugs including mine. It was also extremely expensive and not worth the price. Expected better quality for the price that was charged per night.

No dressers in room.we were in town for three days for a wedding and had to live out of our suitcases. Only drawer in entire room was one nightstand drawer. Instead of massive couch, could have put another club chair and used the extra space for a dresser. Bathroom toilet ran almost constantly, they sent some one up to adjust the water pressure, but the flapper is what needed to be replaced. Staff was lovely.

Situated in a beautiful setting close to the hospital. The inside was nicely done and welcoming. The elevators had a glass full window that looks over the pond and walking path. Restaurant and bar are also in the hotel. Breakfast was very good. The real attraction for me was the the staff. Start to finish, super great service with big smile. That’s all the staff members.

The location was perfect! Easy off, Easy onto major highways. Shopping was close by. Staff was accomodating and respectful. The restaurant was right there with a full service bar for your convenience.

Our first night was great. Got lots of rest but our second was not as good. I knew beforehand that they allowed animals but I did not realize the handicapped room was on the same floor as all the pets were. We encountered a yapping pair of dogs whom just kept on barking over 2 hours without really stopping. We were concerned they would become over anxious and it's not good for them. But we also were concerned that we had to endure over 2 hours of nonstop barking which left us exhausted, anxious and not at all at ease. Had I known our room was on the "only" floor where patons and their pets were being housed, I would have asked for a normal room. We were offered another room after chatting with the staff but it just wasn't worth packing up and moving for another nights stay. The other issue was the restaurant. Although convenient I would not give it more than 3 star review as the food was good but we had to wait quite a long time and we were the only patrons there. Service was good! Cost, I would have gone to a different restaurant as I would not expect to have spent over $75 for our meal.

Front desk staff was the only thing I found to be pleasant

The bed was so uncomfortable and dented in it felt like it was over 20 years old. The conditioner bottle attached to the shower wall was empty. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so there was peeling and bubbling paint on the ceiling. The painted doors were old and dingy looking. There were not enough towels or (plastic cups) for the max guests in room. And come on, plastic cups. $200 for a room should at least provide glasses. I have paid less for a King Executive Suite in superb condition at a competitor, so very dissatisfied with the price I paid for a run down double queen room.

Location has lake with green areas. Near lots of stores & restaurants.

The Staff; extremely friendly helpful staff. Everyone one of the staff were courteous, answered the few questions we had and everything felt like a breeze. Many many thanks to the staff for accommodating us.

Felt kinda dirty or run down. Smelled weird. Seemed expensive for an OK place. I expected more from a Sheraton. For a quick stay or you need a place in the area, it'll do though.
