The restaurant and our server, Danny, was amazing!!

The bathroom shower leaks out to the bathroom floor. We asked for maid service but didn’t receive it during our stay. We did request and receive additional towels (thank you); Much needed since we used the original ones provided to clean up the “flood” and block the door jam throughout our stay.

Towels didn’t seem super clean. Gym was tiny.

For a hotel this large, it shoud have more breakfast items rather than just a few sandwiches.

Very expensive, plus expensive parking for the rental car.

Front desk slow to serve and it was not busy.

Nicely decorated lobby area. Our room wasn’t what we expected. Sheets were dirty on one bed, floor was nasty in some areas…. just expected much higher standard of cleanliness for the price. I can say kudos to the valet staff!! They were super friendly and most helpful

No real restaurant on premises that served breakfast and other food items. The room could have been a lot cleaner. We should’ve have requested to be moved. This is a artsy deco hotel but not as upscale as it’s advertised to be and definitely lacking on cleanliness in guest rooms.. I have pictures of the nasty sheets, we thought were bed bugs or droppings . Only 2 towels in the bathroom which also were dingy.

We stay at the Quirk twice a year, and always enjoy our stay. Love that they are so pet friendly. The restaurant and bar downstairs has an upscale but casualness that I always enjoy from a small boutique hotel.

Unique style and spacious accommodations.

Staff isn’t particularly attentive for what you pay. Parking is Valet only which would be fine if I didn’t get my car back significantly dirtier than when I dropped it off. Hotel doesn’t have any amenities other than the lobby and roof bars the latter of which feels more like a dive bar than one befitting a boutique hotel.

Charm, friendliness, staff, decor. Memorable.

Rooftop bar wasn’t open… but it was a Monday night. Beds were a little stiff for our likely but not terrible.

The location is great, as are the staff. The room had nice windows, but lacked things I’d expect from a boutique hotel, like extra blankets and pillows. The lobby was very pleasant and the food was tasty. we had drinks and desert in the downstairs bar and that was great, and breakfast was well done too.

Our room felt pretty blah— white and gray, and dull. The bathroom had a “cool” sink and shower that made a mess— the faucets leaked water onto the sink and the shower made the floor really wet. Too many “boutique” hotels sacrifice working fixtures for looking “interesting”. The other thing that made us uncomfortable was that the rooftop bar seemed to be a destination for drunk single men, and each ride in the elevator was a little uncomfortable because of the overly-friendly men! I wish the guests were as gracious and dignified as the staff— we loved the staff! Having a separate elevator to the rooftop might make guests feel more comfortable…

The property has very cute decor

The is very disrespectful and borderline racist. When entering the building no one spoke to my significant other or I. however when someone of a different race walked in, it was manners and respect. While in the gallery/gift shop, the woman on duty didn’t even speak or ask if i needed help finding something or checking out. The valet staff stayed on their phone the entire time and the food was subpar.

The bar and decor were great! Loved the color scheme.

The inability to self park and no gym were drawbacks.
