It was late at night when I received it there tiered and no one was in reception, I waited until finally someone came, I did not have enough cash rupees and I paid the rest by Aus$, the staff told me they cannot accept this and almost aggressively told me why you chose this hotel when you did not have enough rupee 😳?we just accept cash in the rupee... You can go to other hotels 🤐 around here and it was almost midnight ☹️ my booking was with AC but the room had just fan, no towel, no soap, no blanket ...no hot water ... Almost nothing.... Even there was no internet on that floor 😣 ...

After confirming by email check in from flight after 11pm, arrived to find all rooms of the types we booked full. They wanted 30% more for a room. Seem to not keep good records of bookings. Only after standing at counter, showing booking page, receipt, pricing and telling them i had confirmation email , they found us a more expensive room at same price. AC was fixed at 27degrees so barely working but fan kept it bearable... no water, soap anything. However you can walk about15 mins from terminal late at night and aviod late night taxi costs. Big tirvandrum shopping centre close by...

no english speaking staff. website price said 1000inr, i had to pay 1500inr on arrival

Booked through booking .com for a singleac room, but hotel denied for any such booking.i got non ac room dirty room with no facilities,not even Wi-Fi and phone or a good bathroom. Very sad and bad condition.Hotel charged me Rs 900 cash as the manager refused to take my debit card.,for one night stay. Please return my money as you booked it. If not going will be forced to consumer court.

No Courtsey and not even given a water bottle.they charge Rs 20. Bedsheet and pillows were smelling bad.

I liked the way the check-in person was very friendly and helpful to my husband and I. I liked that the rooms were clean and quiet. It is not a place to hang out for a holiday - but given that it is a useful step to the Airport it did a good job.

I would have liked soap and toilet paper provided.
