We went with the reviews on this property and it didn’t disappoint. Enjoyed the large backyard, cleanliness and beautiful indoors.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Centennial, Colorado. This house is beautiful and is decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was equally nice and is very quiet, and our daughter-in-law was so happy Starbucks was just a 3-minute walk. We cannot say enough about this house! To say it was fully equipped is so slight it. The owners wanted to be sure we had everything we needed, and little things like toys and books for our toddler granddaughter were greatly appreciated. There was even a playhouse in the backyard for our granddaughter! We travel a lot and have rented with VBRO frequently. This is the best place we have rented! Thank you to the owner, too, for arranging a spring snowstorm. Our grandaughter had never seen snow before, and she had so much fun playing in it. Our daughter-in-law from Florida was equally pleased as she loves snow! We were pleased that the owner reached out to us soon after our arrival to ask if there were any problems. We will be back to Centennial House the next time we travel to Denver. It is truly a hidden GEM!

This was a top notch place to stay. It was so clean and felt so homey. It had everything we could possibly need - and the bonus was that it was close to Starbucks and a grocery store! We will definitely be staying there again.

My parents and I stayed at Centennial House for a week. Great location, restaurants and grocery store near by. Had a few minor issues in check in, the host Nathan remedied immediately. House was very comfortable, enjoyable for eveyone!

My family and I came to Denver to see relatives this week. The night of our arrival was the beginning of a major snowstorm that lasted for two days. Property was a welcome destination. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wished we didn’t have to leave. Communication with the owner was perfect and everything was A+.

I cannot imagine this lovely house ever getting less than a 5 star review. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable, quality furniture in the bedrooms and living areas, and two separate areas for the family to gather. All the appliances work perfectly and you can see that a lot of attention has been given to guests having an exceptionally good stay. The house has a wonderful, fully gated garden with a bbq and picnic table. Also a two car garage that makes parking in the winter so much easier. Management was excellent, checking in to see if we needed anything. This is the model vrbo home - it doesn't get any better than this.

5 stars are not enough to show how excellent this home is. From the start Nathan was wonderful to deal with and he seemed genuinely excited for my husband and I to host our d, son in law and boyfriend who all live in CO for Christmas. Nice touch was a lovely Christmas tree. The property looked exactly like the photos and it was exceptionally clean, neat and organized in the kitchen. Coffee bar and milk foamer were on a separate counter with sugar available. The kitchen is modern and refrigerated is big. All the cabinets are labeled. Dinning area was a nice size too. Beds and pillows were comfortable, towels were plush and plentiful. Master bath shower is very nice with two shower heads (one is a wand). There was a hair dryer and hair straightener too. The master bath shower also had soap, hair shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Laundry room off the downstairs sitting area. The sitting area has a fireplace that gives off heat. Within walking dishes to a shopping center with grocery store and a Starbucks. Close to highways and restaurants. On a quiet cul de sac with driveway parking and street parking. My husband I would definitely stay here again and thank you Nathan for all your communication and for keeping your property so beautiful!

The Centennial Home was perfect for our family wedding weekend. The location was good, we liked being within walking range to the grocery store. The home was stocked with everything we needed; coffee, tea and other cooking items. Little things were nice such as luggage racks and extra blankets. The layout of the home is great! Nathan was extremely helpful and quick to respond. My only note is that the king beds are extra firm. We would stay here again!

We had 5 adults during our stay in Denver. The location is good because it is outside Denver and the traffic is not as bad as the downtown area. It still has plenty of restaurants to choose from without all the hassle of downtown. It has a gas grill that worked well on our steaks and the cookware to make the sides. Nathan and was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Wonderful, big house, great to hang out with family. Kitchen is the best we’ve ever stayed in - had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. And Nathan is a great communicator - super responsive to my questions. Would definitely rent again.

The property was just as pictured/described. The space was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Nathan was very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Being right next to Starbucks & a grocery store was a plus. We'd definitely stay again!

It was the beginning of a family vacation and was the perfect location. The house was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and had every thing we needed.

A great location near restaurants and a grocery store. Easy to get to from the airport. Nearby parks for a quick walk/hike! Plenty of bedrooms for four couples to sleep. Big kitchen and a cute front and back yard.

My sister, my daughter, 2 nieces and I traveled to Centennial to visit with other family members. It was a great time and this house made it all the better. Lots of room to sit and have coffee or meals and a large table to gather for games. We had a problem with a slow draining tub and Nathan was quick to remedy that. If we find ourselves in this area again we will not hesitate to rent this beautiful, comfortable house again

The place was well appointed and offered very comfortable accommodations, with detail in the decorating and the "little things." The kitchen was a very nice size and easy to use and get around, with a good offering of cookware and dishes. The floor plan was great for space, as we had 4 adults and 2 small children. We were there for a long weekend, for a Denver marathon. The bedrooms are very nicely sized and the living areas give you a lot of options. Even toys were there for the littles! Again, loved the comfortable decor!

This is a great house to stay at. The house was very clean, plenty of room, comfortable, and Nathan was very responsive with all my question. I would definitely look to stay at this house in the future.

This was a wonderful space to host a group of friends on a work trip! Lots of space and everything you would need is provided. Such a cute vibe throughout the house that was perfect for some team photos we had done while staying. Would 100% stay again if we are in the area! This was the PERFECT place to stay to create wonderful memories with my family that I hadn't seen in two years. It was so cozy with the lovely fireplace. We loved all the up-to-date touches. You could tell they put a lot of work into the property. We will definitely book this house again!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property, restaurants and grocery stores and shopping are super close. The amenities in the home were awesome. The kitchen is super amazing as well as all of the bedrooms/bathrooms. We highly recommend this home. Super clean and family friendly!
