Really bad customer service with Marge. She lie about the facility not taking cash, and about my card inf. With booking she told me that my card was incorrect and they can’t refund my money then she said we never paid cash cause they don’t take cash. After my card was charge and they also took the cash money.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Location was good. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
North and east entrances to the hotel were dirty. Glass doors looked they had not been cleaned in a while. Trash peppered throughout the hotel grounds. Welcome matts and entry carpeting dirty and unkept. Room toilet seat loose and off center. Bathtub plug missing so a bath was out of the question.

Worsr customer service ever, i had to wait houes for help finding a can opener to feed my dog. They threw awat multiple shoes of mine only one of each pair. Everything is out of date, NO good tv, TINY rooms, dark sad atmosphere, NO snacks, a couple bqgs of chips and a few sodas. Fake starbucks, tge girl who works there has never worked at starbucks, you guys just use some of their things.... Clogged toilet for 3 days and clogged bathrub drain, having to take 1 elevator ride 20 min whilw the other is being repaird to make it to the lobby bathroom while SO sick. Looks like ots still from the 80s in a bad way not a nice vintage top teer marriot location at all. Its disgusting over priced, MINIMAL and barely any amentities. No microwave... the light in the bathroom is dark and yellow how can i get ready in that as a woman? NO where to plug ANYTHING in i had to buy an extention cord with multiple areas to plug phone, computer, vape pwn, extra lamps/lights, the AC doesnt work or stay cool ubless running on a very low setting. I stepped in someones dpg poop 8 times, while i always clean up after my dog. The smokers use the bench in the dog grass area with the poop bags and are scared of dogs causing me to have to walk further and back for a bag and bqck to the poop then all the way back. A very quiet building. Much appreciated when you're tired not to be bothered by people walking above you or loud noises coming from the hallway.

No complaints. Everyone who worked there were wonderful and accommodating. From the front desk, to the ladies and gentlemen in the kitchen (I'm guessing in charge of breakfast and also the delicious food on the menu at the bar.) The bartenders were also fantastic. A great team/crew, all around.
Also the sheraton isn't just out to get you for your money. They kindly accommodated my late checkout, without any pressure l, and or issues. Including my late-ish request to extend. Overall I felt welcome, my comfort, privacy and requests were honored and treated with the upmost respect. (Way more than I can say for other hotels.)
Nothing comes to mind. Maybe updating the pamphlets that list the available services upon request. But I'm guessing that is the responsibility of someone that is closer to marketing and the corporate level.

Staff was great. Very kind and nice. Location is good. Coffee in the morning in lobby area was fantastic.
Rooms especially the carpet could be cleaner. I watched a vehicle get broken into at 7am. Not hotel fault. Talked to the police reference this. Holes in walls where pictures once were in room and elevator areas. Just needs good deep cleaning.

Location of the hotel was very convenient and the room was to our liking. Staff were very friendly and helpful from our check-in to check out.
What I didn't like was the view from our room...would've like a view of the mountains but we got a room where the view was on top of a roof where we couldn't see anything :(

Pool area was really nice. Decor good and clean seemingly ( i only hung out no swim ) the bar and layout were not big enough but fun, overall clean and bartender from IL was outstanding ( pm evening guy) room was cleaned nice. Front desk and bartender really did / went above. Parking was ample
Decor was from 84-86 really dated nothing nice or fancy / upscale like advertised.
This place had ZERO free anything not even water for a 3.5 star hotel ? No drink or dinner / snack specials and a skeleton crew ( though crew was quite brilliant !)

excellent location
We confirmed that our room is ready or not due to a delayed flight. once arrived we didn’t get desired room and given a room where Air conditioner was not functioning. moreover one of the elevator started to shake and all the elevators were out of service and has to use service elevator.

The restaurant wasn't well staffed. One person took all the orders and served the food.

The room was clean and we slept wonderfully on those beds. The fitness center was exceptional. The staff was very friendly.
There was only one elevator working which for such a busy hotel was frustrating. We had to wait 4 rounds before there was room to get on it I suppose because everyone was checking out. They also need a couple more luggage carts. No breakfast was provided, and we didn't try the restaurant.

The beds were very comfortable ( except... see below,) i loved that there was a I-Hop next door. In walking distance. Room was a good size and we were able to see the mountains from our window.
I think the base of the bed was not set up properly . Everytime when my husband turned over it the bed , the whole bed shook and woke me up. I mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out and she said she would make a note of it.
Also i called the hotel directly as i had some questions. The young man i spoke to did not give me the right info on the phone . We booked a room on the top floor , i told him i was bringing my dog. He should have known that there are only certain rooms that allow dogs. He also quoted me the wrong rate on the pet fee. So when we got to got to the hotel and found out we couldn't get the room we wanted i was very disappointed.
Plz make sure that your front desk gets proper training, so this won't happen to anyone else .

The location and the staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Water in the room. And robe. Love the robe for Bonvoy members.

The lobby was nice
The staff was very rude and un accommodating. The night staff in particular, very unprofessional. No maid service, or fresh linens or towels at night. Very inconvenient

Loved having a robe, the view was amazing, and the staff are very nice. No problem parking, plenty of amenities, also like the pillows and the size of the TV. Location is close to shopping and eating.
Wish they had an indoor heated pool, the fan to the heater wouldn't turn off, heater made crackle sounds, the bathroom was much too little. Coffee shop coffee was weak.

Great location.
Could not get my points because I booked through this website. Even though it says they have airport shuttle service it is not a DIA shuttle service and is not able to be used to go anywhere else locally. Pool was closed and it was 75 degrees outside. Asked for quiet room and there was a bachelorette party across the hallway. Paid extra for breakfast through this website and then there was no breakfast option at all at the hotel. You could pay $10 for a dinky breakfast muffin at the Starbucks 😒
I also chose this hotel because there was a restaurant/ bar off of the lobby, but they don’t serve anything until 4pm. So no lunch or even an iced tea.
