Great location and nice apartment. Staff was very attentive and rooftop pool is nice.

WiFi was terrible. Checking in instructions were not available and took many attempts to get the door code and other necessities. Should have been clearer .

Nice condominium we had a penthouse. The view is great, the size of the condo itself for 2 people is great, the renovations are fairly fresh a year or two old. Beautiful rooftop pool with sun beds overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Our room also had a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. Be prepared opposite 2 construction sound is not noisy, a little spoils the view, but this is temporary! It is quiet at night which was important to me! we had a late plane at 12 o'clock at night we just arrived. I first asked the manager about this. He kindly said it wouldn't be a problem. thanks for this The apartments are luxury, but the service is not luxury!

Firstly, there is no name for these apartments anywhere. Taxi drivers can't find it. Well, further about the bad: When booking they take taxes and plus room cleaning. When corresponding with the manager, I was interested in whether the room would be cleaned. The manager told me that in 4 days the towels and bed linen would be replaced and the room would be cleaned. As a result, 4 days of our stay passed, and no one came to clean us. The manager answers any question once a day, so don’t expect a quick response. On the 5th day I found the staff and they started dodging the housekeeping issue by sending me to the front desk. There they told me that these questions were not addressed to them, but to the manager with whom they corresponded in booking. When I showed the correspondence and the promised cleaning in 4 days, they said: “Today they will clean it without any problems.” Returning to the apartment late in the evening, I saw that the apartment had not been cleaned. They changed the bed, changed the towels and partially removed the trash in the toilet and partially left it. They didn’t clean the kitchen at all; the dirty dishes, just as they were in the sink, remained there. I was very upset! This is not room cleaning at all, and I don't know why they charge extra money, but this is not cleaning! When I described this procedure to Booking, he checked again all day and at the end said that they should not wash the dishes and clean the kitchen. Which made me even more angry! If they charge for cleaning, they should do the cleaning, not just change the towels and bed linen! therefore the service is zero!

Nothing really. The only minor downside was that the location was a little far from the bus station

Breakfast not included but there was a well equipped kitchen in the room. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great, right on 5th Avenue but not the really noisy area. Roof area was lovely, really nice pool and hot tub and a gym on site.

There were no blinds (not a big deal) - it was either a black out curtain or open so everyone opposite could see inside the room.

There was no running water. I have not been provided a refund yet

Cuando llegue el anfitrión no estaba en el lugar me dio una clave de acceso la cual no funcionó y estuvimos tratando de ingresar más de 30 min , finalmente ingresamos y reportamos un problema con la tv cable e internet , nunca tuvimos solución y gaste mucho dinero en roaming. Era indispensable el internet para mi ya que estaba conectado con el trabajo por cualquier emergencia . Nos cambiamos de hotel antes de terminar la estadía por el mismo problema.
