Stayed in the Acqua Suite which was overlooking the marina. It was absolutely spotless and the lovely lady that came in to clean each day kept it that way. When we arrived late in the evening we accessed the property with no problem having previously been given the door code. We had bottled water, tea and coffee left for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was gorgeous. The location is great, you are literally a few minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants. We came on business so didn't really miss there being no pool, but if you're ok with having no pool this little gem is faultless and we would most definitely stay here again.

Great location very clean

Good location. Room was spacious and clean. They held our luggages for us because we arrived before check in and our room wasn’t ready. They are attached to a travel agency which was great because they arranged for our ferry to Zakynthos (the next island we were visiting) and also arranged for our transportation to the port. The only issue we had was that our little kichenette didn’t work but overall great stay!

We stayed in the Levante Loft and it was as beautiful as in the photos. Lovely balcony which didnt have an exciting view but being at the back of property it was really quiet. I would recommend contacting the hotel a week before you go to let them know your arrival time as there isnt a reception. On contacting them they offered to provide an airport pick up for €20 which we snapped up due to our 11pm arrival and they had someone waiting with a sign with our name on arrival and the same person provided us with the keys to our room and carried our suicase up the stairs for us (no lift). I couldnt fault this property, its location in middle of Argostoli was perfect, wpuld definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful location however there was super loud club music until 3am and when I asked the staff if this was just the weekend they said no every night and even worse mid season! Okay for one night but not for a lengthy stay as you’d get no sleep!

Hotel was great! We checked in late and they were more than accommodating. Perfect location close to everything. We walked to most places. Hope to stay again!

Very nice room, excellent location but very difficult to find parking. We talked to the management to arrange check in at 10PM, they were very nice on the phone and assured us the room was ready and they were looking forward to meet us. We drove from the port and arrive 10 minutes earlier, nobody was there so we waited, at 10:30 we were still waiting, we called the contact number and nobody picked up. We sat at the restaurant next door (BTW great food and service) and continued calling without any luck. At 11:30PM we called expedia and the agent contacted someone who said he will be there in 2 minutes. He arrived, take us to the room, never apologized, and left. The room was very nice and very clean at arrival. We stayed 3 nights, the first day we returned late at night and the room was not cleaned. The second day we saw the cleaning ladies going around when we left in the morning and thought they will clean our room but, again, that evening we enter the room to find it was not cleaned. I went to the office (travel agency next door to the building) and told them. They sent someone to clean the room while we went out for dinner, that is, 12 hours before our check out. Very nice suite but poor management.

Dimitri was super pleasant and wonderful in helping us with anything we needed during our stay. He helped us with everything from car rental and Covid test bookings, to directions and recommendations for tours and restaurants. He was in the office directly to the right of the main door of the suites at the travel center so it was super easy to have everything we needed. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and had all of the appliances needed Incase you wanted to cook during your stay. The main walking shopping street, main square and walk along the sea were all literally outside of our doorstep. Since we had a car and drove to different beaches and areas each day, it was nice to be able to come back here at night and be able to walk everywhere or even take the ferry across to Lixouri which the port is only a 5min walk. Great place to stay in Kefalonia.

It was a lovely place to stay. Brand new renovated rooms with a nice view on the bay. We had the Anchor suite on the top floor with a cute balcony, a fridge and Nespresso machine. I highly recommend it. Patrick and Genevieve from Montreal

The apartment does look like the pics - the furniture is new and its nicely decorated. FYI no parking, no kitchen area (no not plate no microwave), and the main road on which it is located is all construction - very dusty snd noisy during the day. That would all be OK, the big problem is the service. We were told the cleaning lady would come 12-2pm - she woke us up at 9:30am all 3 nights despite asking both her and the reception to come at 12pm each day. She took all the towels and silverware and did not leave any in exchange most days. Then each night the apartment smelled horribly, likely marijuana possibly garbage? I told the staff the 2nd day in the afternoon when it started to smell again. The staff come up, agreed that it smelled bad, went to try to figure out where the smell is coming from. The smell was even worst at night. I called the owner, he come downstairs, was very loud and very rude. He denied there being anything wrong. It was very offensive - 3 people think the room smells and he tells me to my face there is no problem! Then he asks me where I think the smell is coming from. How should I know, neighbors, air conditioning ... I’m not the maintenance team. Nothing was done. The third night smelled just as bad. Very bad experience. Strongly recommend against staying here.

The apartment was amazing, great location! Everything just around the corner - shops, restaurants, marina. The room was cleaned every day, comfortable bed and pillow, wonderful shower, very well designed and beautiful decor. We stayed at Levante apartment, the view outside balcony were opposite street apartments, but it was very quiet and didn't bother us at all, I actually liked it. Super helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely return again! Highly recommended! 5*
