A Beautiful setting, fantastic friendly staff, good sized modern room. Really enjoyed our stay at The Water and will return next year.
Worth noting if you are a light sleeper, perhaps avoid as the cocktail bar next door is open until 3am, hotel does provide ear plugs to help mitigate this.

Lovely room in The Water overlooking the sea, perfect to people watch and observe the activity on the port. Lovely friendly staff. Bathroom a bit dark, but that’s the only negative. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely location, great guys that run it and views from balcony are fantastic. They even provide ear plugs in case local bars become noisy.

The hotel is a very nice small boutique hotel with lovely rooms with sea and harbor view. There is everything you need, including a nespresso machine to prepare some coffee. Unfortunately right next to it there is a cocktail bar that would play loud music until 4am in summer. They offer ear plugs and sleeping masks and the windows are good but it's definitely something to be aware of.

Arrived before official check in but chap on reception was very helpful and as my room was ready I was able to check in early. Communication with the hotel was excellent.
I was in a room street side and although room had no view and was close to local bars and restaurants, it was clean and the noise didn’t affect my sleep. My only slight criticism was there was a coffee mug and pod in the room but no facilities. It wasn’t till 3rd day when I asked that I found out there are facilities in the basement to make tea and coffee…
I would visit again.

I loved my stay at the Water. Room was comfortable and Yiannis on Reception was really helpful :) the city view was fine but next time I’ll stay in the room with a balcony.

Limited directions on how to get to this hotel - it is not accessible by car, and not on Google Maps. No one to greet me at the front desk and phone calls went unheeded. Loud dance music until 3am. Coffee was offered but none was in the room nor at the coffee station. When asked, the front desk person didn’t know how to operate the machine.

This was a real gem! Would book again in a heartbeat. Location, location, location! So calm and relaxing sitting on the terrace as the tide gently rolls up. Who needs a noise machine. Staff wonderful and welcoming. Excited that you are there to share their wonderful island. Perfect.

it has a wonderful location in the Old Port - very convenient to restaurants and ferry.
The attention of the property manager Dimitri was exceptional! He helped us handle a missing luggage issue, recommended great places to eat and was available when we needed him!

We only stayed for a night, but it was in a fantastic and central location, lovely and clean with stunning views across the balcony. Definitely recommend!

We had a lively stay at The Water, the staff was friendly, the balcony view was amazing! The location is walkable. We easily walked through town and did some shopping, the restaurant next door was excellent and we were able to walk to our ferry the next day.

And dimitris the manager was so helpful always on hand wether it was morning or night , a friendly guy .he was waiting for us although our flight had a 3hr delay .would definitely stay again

Beautiful little hotel in an unbeatable location! Rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable, and Dimitris the hotel manager could not have been more pleasant and helpful than he was during our two separate stays at The Water. Spend a few extra bucks for a room with a water view, you won't regret it!

Must be one of the best views in Skiathos town from your balcony looking at the old harbour. It’s right on the harbour side and you get the sun early morning till 2pm. The room was spacious and clean, quite new and just up a few steps after you’ve walked along the harbour from the drop off point. Dimitris the manager was very helpful and always around. There is a popular outdoor bar next close by with music but it didn’t disturb me. Very pleasant stay.
