The Room was good and clean but hand towel is dirty and don’t have toothbrush and toothpaste

Mahmoud the receptionist manager was very welcoming and supportive ,he made our visit very pleasant. Nagaraju the cleaner is very cheerful and cleaned our room perfectly according to our instructions. It was a nice stay.

Every thing was good and I enjoyed staying in hotel, I will always choose it when I come back.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The last 2 days the housekeeping forgot to replenish the soap, towel and water etc. On calling the housekeeping they promptly sent it over.

The hotel is very nice, i always stay there. Just one small suggestion that the hotel should provide lotion and dental kit for free like other hotels. Everything else is good.

Room was very small and service was very poor. Had to wait 40’ for a steak although restaurant was empty and they forgot to bring the me starters, we were left completely unattended. At the moment of paying they pulled out the credit card too early and transaction was declined but I received notification from the bank I had been charged. They insisted I made a second payment saying I should be happy they didn’t charge me for the starter that never came....appalling!

On arrival the check in was relatively fast. I was offered a room with two twin beds and My reservation was a queen bed. They asked me to take double twin bed and they switched it on the same floor to a room with queen bed when I went out. The room was small for a hotel near Sharjah airport compare to other Rotana Hotels that II have been in Al Ain and Dubai. That was ok for me but you should know the room I had was not spacious at all. Breakfast was great but if you stay longer than 3 days it can be repetitive. Again I had better breakfast in Rotana in Al Ain. Not much is going on around the hotel other than University city and Sharjah Airport. If you intend to visit Dubai not Sharjah do not stay here. Only One bus goes to Dubai Mall and one bus goes to the beach which is not good. As a result I did not use it. If you would like to commute to Dubai it can get pretty cost full. I did not have lunch or dinner but I checked the price and they are pricey. I asked for moisturizer and travel size toothpaste they referred me to the store inside the hotel. I tried to book uber to airport and uber is not available in the area. When I asked for s taxi they only accepted cash. I checked with the staff at the reception and they gave me 20 Durham’s charging my credit card which was amazing help and The lady was extremely helpful. I was on my way out of country and did not want leftover change from uae. Overall a three star hotel and very clean and comfy.

Everything was fine, my only recommendation is to upgrade the WiFi internet service. It was not reliable at all and I had to stay close to the room door to have a good access to make Skype calls. New items and better quality for breakfast would be also great

A peaceful stay, for a good price, and close taxi ride to work that needed to be carried out a AUS. Very attentive+helpful staff, and good+clean faculties (pool, gym, lobby convenient store, restaurant lounge , etc). Comfortable room. Would gladly stay here again if on another business trip in Sharjah.

The hotel was in general a great stay, for a three star hotel it was comparable to that of a 4 star to be frank. There is still an issue with regular transportation to places of interest as a taxi roundtrip anywhere near is super expensive.
