Overall our stay was good, 4-5 min. walk to Sunny Isles Beach, which is wonderful and less busy than South Beach, and being older, that was great. Close to ALL TYPES OF ETHNIC restaurants by foot or short 10 min. drive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only issues were that the unit needed minor maintenance, such as, blind cord was broken, toilet would keep running til you jiggled the handle, the oven wasn’t working,

Not clean, we had leaking for a whole day through the roof. Tripped the fuse box and was unsafe. They fixed what they could within 24 hours but did not offer any compensation. This is not a 5 staff hotel.

The property was run down. The kitchen lacked basic necessities like kitchen towels, pot handers, can opener. The keypad for access malfunction more than half the time. The company does keep a 24 hour service so they responded to our call quickly and offered assitance but nonetheless we had to call to get the m to open or close the door.

Only one burner on stove worked out of 4. Need a bigger pot like 8 qt to boil things like pasta. No dishcloth or hot pads in kitchen. Place was very clean and roomy. Loved the location and will definitely come back

Amazing location, only a short 3 blocks to walk to the beach. So many neat places in walking distance. Very easy to locate condo and navigate traffic. BEAUTIFUL views!! Condo was very neat and clean, set up with everything we needed, laundry, and full kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!

I booked what i thought was just a standard room and i was given a 3 bedroom 2 bath suite. This was my second time here and i intend to continue staying here.

The apartment was well equipped and in a great location! Close to the beach and shopping center. It is spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and will come back!

I would stay again at this property, but they need to keep up with maintenance and repairs. Some repair and painting. Doornubs re failing out of the closet door. The shower worked just one way. Overall we were pleased with the outcome of this rental.

The apartment is spacious with a nice balcony. Some issues included an outlet cover that was detached and was held up by a lamp plug, the shades were stuck halfway up in one of the bedrooms, so couldn't sleep in due to brightness, and the master bath shower never got hot or really warm, so took some cold showers.

Great location, very convenient for families. Comfortable and nice. We loved the Guatemalan coffee.

Location, Location!! Everything is close by, area is very quiet and relaxed. Apartment is very well appointed, kitchen is great, panoramic floor to ceiling windows . Very accommodating support team, we had a flight cancelation and After contacting Dianne at the main office - they provided us with a 1 day extension. Excellent support team.

Great location, near to the beach, supermarket, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great facilities, beautiful roof top pool. Kitchen is roomy and fully equipped. Housekeeping supplies provide including including coffee and paper towels dish soap etc. Washer and drier, they seem to have thought of everything! Minor repairs needed to floor tiles in one of the bathrooms but this did not any any way spoil our experience. The place was super clean and spacious, would love to stay there again.

Great place. Nice condo, very comfortable and at a great location close to the beach, supermarkets etc. Just one problem: the address listed is not correct. We lost a lot of time trying to get to the apartment. Other thing: time to check in is very late (4 pm) and check out is very early (11 am). Should correct that yo give a better service.
