Self check in and out are a little bit awkward, we like interacting with people. Otherwise, absolutely no objection. Special mention for the washing-drying amenities and for the grocery stores close by. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing for our family of 4. We loved the location. Great to have a grocery nearby. Easy to check in and having laundry and small kitchenette was perfect. This could not have Worked out better for us and we would definitely stay again.

Although it claims sleep for three and has a bed , a sofa bed and single sofa becomes a bed, but the room is so small that literally made impossible or difficult for three people to sleep in it. The linen sheets are thin and worn and not clean so are the blanket. We stayed very uncomfortable three nights. The positive side is the hotel has easy self check in and out also a convenient location. The Shinjuku shopping district and subway is within walking distance.

I like the hotel, and its good location.

It's a bit tight for a family of four.

This property is in a convenient location - close to the train station, lots of dining options, and walkable to Shinjuku. The family had a great time walking around Shinjuku to catch Godzilla, and the huge anime store. It's close to Shibuya Crossings too. The room is fairly smaller than the other places that we've been to for a family of 5, and toiletries/amenities wise this place was not as stocked. It is cheaper than the other places we've stayed at. Overall, I give it a four stars and would recommend it for a smaller family.

I love the hotel, it is comfortable w a washing machine and clothes dryer system. Very convenient near the train and bus station! Thumbs up!

It's convenience, tidy and clean.

All self serve and you really need to print the instructions or you will need Internet. So no communication at all. Very close to the subway. There are 24 hours grocery and restaurants. Good location. Clean but very tidious instructions on how to use. Recommended the place as there is cooking strove. You can buy Kobe beef from supermarket and cook instead of pricy restaurant.

A great find. A space to yourself, convenient for two subway lines just outside and surrounded by convenience stores. The place has everything you need, lots of little touches. All instructions are in English and the check in and out process couldn't be easier.

Excellent place to stay

Great location with easy access to the Higashi Shinjuku train/subway station. The digital access to the building and our room was convenient.

This was a great apartment hotel for a family of four! It is really convenient with all the amenities need and very close to Higashi-Shinjuku station. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Japan.

Had everything we needed

The room is small, typical of Tokyo. We were super impressed how many amenities is fitted into such a small space so efficiently. It was inspiring and eye-opening; definitely a great way to experience how life is for Tokyo residents. No staff on site; self- check-in/out via terminals. Make sure you've your info printed out or have cell service to acccess the checkin instruction. We love this hotel and would totally come back again.

Very great apartment to stay at, especially if you want to be near everything in Shinjuku. I stayed with my partner & 2 kids, great thing about this place is the family mart right underneath. The check in process was very easy and straight forward to follow. I would recommend for anyone who is wanting to stay central Shinjuku.

Good stay. Clean. Has everything needed in the unit. Loved that we would do laundry directly in the unit.

Definitely our favourite stay at Tokyo so far. Especially if you travel with kids, the room is spacious comparing to other Tokyo hotels. Love the apartment style hotel so has everything you need including laundry and kitchen. The best part is the shower room turns into a dry room to dry all our clothes after the washing within hours.

We absolutely loved our stay at Flower Terrace. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked it due to good reviews and can see why people like it. It is in a very nice area, the Family Mart is right next door, and the subway station is very clean and nice, and in very close walking distance. Loved the bathroom shower and the wash machine. Also, the kitchenette was a bonus which we used quite a bit.

A perfect place to stay in Shinjuku area. Room is larger than most of others hotels, comfortable bed mattress and clean room, clean bathroom and plenty of towels. Centralized location to transits, shopping and eatery. Would stay here again.

The hotel is near metro station and going around was easy. It's in a quiet area yet close enough to the center of Shinjuku. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable room, spacious, modern, and nicely styled. The rooms are new and very functional with all amenities. Bedding is comfortable. There is a larger supermarket only one minute walk away which made our stay even nicer with access to affordable quality food. So close to the train station too! We had an excellent stay.

Very spacious for a family of 4 adults, super clean and had a washer. Subway station is very close and is conveniently located to a lot of amenities. Only complaint I have is the check in process. Hotel did not follow through with a check in link 72 hours before. I had to contact them to initiate the process.

Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much.
