Établissement propre, personnel accueillant et bienveillant. L’hôtel est propre. Les repas copieux et bons. On reviendra sûrement et on le conseillera. La piscine agréable, bien aménagée et propre.

Un hôtel très confortable, très bien équipé notamment avec une piscine . Parking fermé. La décoration est très sympa. Les salles et l'extérieur sont agréables. Très bon petit déjeuner, très bien fourni malgré de l'affluence à certaines heures. Bravo pour le jus d'orange frais. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

El horario de entrada, ya que hasta las 16:00 no pudimos disponer de la habitación y como veníamos de varias horas de viaje, nos hubiera gustado disponer de ella para descansar

Great breakfast selection, very clean room and facilities with bright appearance and little stories with reference to Carcassone's history, friendly staff, casual atmosphere, green outside area, quiet location in short walking to La Cité, even city centre was within walking distance.

Bummer that the pool was closed despite temperatures still being warm. Air in the room felt dry but thankfully we were able to open a window.

The staff are really friendly, the room had lovely comfy beds, the bedroom area was quiet at night, lovely swimming pool, great selection of food for breakfast. There isn't any kettle in the rooom but at reception there is a kettle, tea and coffee and also a cold water dispenser for filling your reusable bottle. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the medieval castle and 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Ideal location for a good price.

The glass panel on the side of the bath isn't long enough so the entire bathroom gets a shower when someone uses the shower. The cups at the tea/coffee station in reception are paper. Real cups that can be washed are more environmentally friendly

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were small but spotless, the hotel was very clean and there was a variety of games etc for guests if they wanted. The breakfast had everything one could eat and it was all very fresh and well presented

Loved facilities in reception/lobby for kids - fi’s ball table a big hit

It’s on the number 2 bus route which was fantastic as this is the bus that takes you to the lake and the big supermarket and into town. Buses cost €1 and your ticket is valid for an hour. This hotel was amazing, it has a gym and a pool.

It was great and I will definitely stay again but you do need a big net by your pool for all the midges that have gone for a one way dip…

Continental breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the Carcassonne castle (10 min walk). Nice and quite location.

Weird unpleasant smell in the room and in the bathroom that didn't go away after opening a window and turning on an air con.

This is a well run chain hotel on the outskirts of Carcassone . The room was spacious , well laid out , clean and tidy . The large car park was set back from the road and though gated at night was not totaly secure , our motorbikes had a comfortable night so no problems there . We didnt eat in the resraurant ,but can say breakfast was good with a good selection available .

Great location with secure parking a 10 minute walk from the medieval city of Carcassonne. The room was typical of an Ibis Styles hotel - perfectly comfortable, clean and functional - ideal for a one or two night stay. Breakfast was a full buffet (ability to cook boiled eggs aswell) but quite busy at peak times! However the staff were excellent at replenishing items constantly throughout the breakfast period. I have to also mention that the car park is filled with beautiful Chinaberry trees which were in full bloom during our visit and the scent as we walked into the hotel was fabulous! An extra bonus from nature!

It was very disappointing that the swimming pool was out of commission, apparently because it was waiting to be serviced. However we felt this should have been done much earlier in the season as it would have been great to have cooled off in the pool as the temperature was in the high 30’s the days we were there.

Location was excellent for access to the walled city. Hotel accepts dogs, even big dogs like ours. Hotel offers car parking, without charge or reservation. Breakfast was included and offered a reasonable variety of options.

The room was quite small. The aircon was limited to 24°C, which was a bit warm for such a small room. No coffee-making facilities.

It was a pity the pool was not opened in April.

It’s clean, fun, and inexpensive. Gread bed and bathroom and a really great breakfast included. Pool looks inviting, just maybe not in February. Fantastic location a short walk to the Cité, a bit longer to Place Carnot, but you have to work off breakfast, right?

Nothing, I have stayed here several times and would come back again.
