It was good place to stay - very good location, it was close to get from the Airport and have a walk in the city. The room was clean and nice, kitchen was good equipped, bathroom also clean, clear instructions about check-in and check-out. Although we heard some noisy neighbors at night time, overall it was a good experience.

Schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Lage ist super. Man läuft ca 5 Minuten bis zur Kirche und ist dann auch gleich im Zentrum. Ruhige Lage, obwohl direkt an der Straße ( zumindest eine Seite) davon bekommt man bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber nichts mit. In der Küche gibt es Tee und Kaffee und die Möglichkeit zu kochen und den Kühlschrank zu nutzen. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Buona posizione, nei pressi del centro città. Facilità di parcheggio e di collegamento sia con mezzi pubblici che in automobile. Cucina a disposizione, sufficientemente attrezzata.

Bagno con lavabo davvero troppo piccolo. Porta del bagno scorrevole che non garantisce privacy. Alcune pentole della cucina non erano adatte per le piastre ad induzione. Mancava tostapane.

Great location! Very close to BSÍ and Downtown Reykjavík. Easy access, with good instructions. Excellent showers. Comfortable beds. COULD be a great place.

We spent four days in total here, two in Room 7 and two in Room 2. At the time of our visit, there was some reconstruction going on, so facilities were limited. There were very few plates, no bowls, only a little amount of cutlery and only one kettle, which we eventually found in the kitchen that was being reconstructed. These items should be readily available, as they are in every other accommodation we've been in. There was a coffee machine, but we found the coffee to be undrinkable! Room 7 was OK , but Room 2 was not good. The shower in Room 2 did not drain properly and quickly overflowed. Worse, the plumbing system made the most horrendous loud groaning noises every few minutes all through the night - and presumably through the day. It was like having an angry Troll belching in bathroom! If and when these issues are resolved, this will be a great place to stay. But at the moment . . . . !

Very close to RKV airport, you can even walk there. Decent room and WiFi. Responsive and helpful staff.

Una stanza ordinata e confortevole con una piccola cucina in comune con posate, un forno elettrico e microonde. La mia camera aveva un piccolo bagno privato con phon. A 10’ a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Parcheggio davanti alla casa.

I wouldn't hesitate to return, given the exceptional experience with attentive staff, comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness, and a prime location.
