Great base for Tokyo - in the middle of everything and high up so no noise! Great views of the city bar fun and the room service robot was amazing.

Amazing views, wonderful customer service. the staff was so helpful and friendly. It was the little touches that made a difference like a tv channel to remotely monitor the status of the laundry machines.

The hotel is modern, cool, and clean. The views are amazing and the location in the heart of Shinjuku is great. The room had great amenities, a comfy bed, and was stylish. I just wish the bathrooms and shower didn’t have a see through door that doesn’t lock. The privacy in that department is not ideal. My suggestion to all guests is to not get the breakfast provided by the hotel, unless you prefer a basic western breakfast. My husband and I travel to experience other cultures and wanted a traditional Japanese breakfast spread, so we were really disappointed in the extremely expensive breakfast (~$25 a person, which was more than double the most expensive breakfast we had our whole trip in Japan) that was essentially eggs, bacon, and pancakes. There was miso and a curry offered on the main dish menu but both were westernized and honestly not good. For a traditional Japanese breakfast check out Shinpachi Shokudo Shinjuku. Overall we really liked the hotel, but there is some room for improvement.

Second time at this hotel and had another great time! It’s always clean and full of amenities. The views are amazing and this time I got a room near the top with a great of the skytree.

Great hotel, super comfortable beds and good location. Only negative is if you are sharing with friends toilet and shower not that private as the walls are all glass. However they do have a curtain you can pull across

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Groove Shinjuku. From start to finish, the experience was impeccable. The limousine buses from Haneda go directly to this hotel, which made arriving and check-in super simple for us. The rooms were lovely and spacious enough for all our bags. We were sad to leave, but we will definitely be back for a future stay.

High quality property in excellent condition. Our room was compact but very nice and efficiently designed. The view of Tokyo from our floor to ceiling window on the 38th floor was spectacular! No need to do the Sky Tree tour. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed just over a week and had the most amazing time! The staff were all so friendly, and the hotel and room was so clean. Cannot fault and would highly recommend this hotel! We also really appreciated the gift for our honeymoon.

Everything we needed was close by, staff were very welcoming. I wish we couldve stayed longer!

Highly recommend. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in the world. Good size room (King room), comfortable beds, convenient location- close to everything. Very quiet considering it’s right in the heart of Shinjuku, very good breakfast buffet: good selection of Western food as well as Asian. Friendly helpful staff

The facility and service are both amazing, with a stunning view from my hotel room. The attendant (I believe her name is May) is truly awesome, helping our group insecuring taxis and the very mindful that we are traveling with seniors. She makes our trip for a memorable so thank you.

Clean and staff friendly, Kabukicho is a bit rowdy but that’s expected. Probably avoid if you don’t care for nightlife but if you don’t mind then this is definitely a great place to stay

Hotel Groove was an excellent choice for my family of 4 including 2 adult boys! Convenient location in the heart of Shinjuku. All kinds of eateries in every direction, Omoide Yokocho nearby. A little bit of a walk to major train hub (Shinjuku Station) but Seibu Shinjuku right across the street, and cabs are easy to catch. And if you don’t feel like going anywhere, you could always eat at onsite, including the Starbucks on the first floor of the building.

This was one of the best hotels I've been in. Staff are all so quick in assisting, polite and very helpful. Rooms were immaculate! Facilities and amenities were more than you need and can ask for. The bed was huge and very comfortable, along with the lack of noise and thick windows we slept like Royalty. Honestly, cannot recommend this hotel enough!

This Hotel was wonderful to stay at. It is conveniently located in Shinjuku and a short walk from the train station. The Hotel room was clean and spacious.

Right in the heart of kabuchiko. Centrally located to everything in shinjuku and excellent security and staff going above and beyond to help you. Awesome hotel with views of the city. Recommend getting two rooms since they are a little compact

This hotel was so unique and cool! There are movie theatre on one floor, gachapon/claw machines on another and honestly, some of the best views of the city scape both during the day and especially at night. Our room was cleaned regularly and we always came back to new, replenished waters. Shinjuku is extremely lively at night, so if you’re into that, then this is the hotel for you. Tons of eateries within walking distance of the hotel, but some restaurants charge cover fees where you’re required to spend over a certain amount on a drink (just a heads up). The staff were all so kind and incredibly helpful as well. Overall, we loved our stay at Hotel Groove Shinjuku! It was a very lively hotel to stay at with next to no sound heard from the outside!
