I paid full amount as shown in website. But, upon arrival at that hotel, they sad we don't care about booking.com or other similar websites from where ever you booked. We have our own fee i.e. triple the rate shown in those websites. Since, I have already paid some amount, I had no other choice but to stay at that hotel. Worst experience👿😡😤😾🤬🥹💢💢🗯️👺😡😠

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience my friend had at one of your hotels. I had booked a room for my friend, but upon their arrival, they were initially refused check-in by the receptionist and other staff members. After contacting your customer care service, my friend was finally allowed to check in, but the situation did not improve. Not only did my friend have to wait for an excessively long period of 6-7 hours, but the behavior of the receptionist and other staff members was also appalling. Their attitude towards my friend was unprofessional and rude, making my friend feel unwelcome and disrespected. As a customer who has booked with your hotel and entrusted you with providing a pleasant experience for my friend, I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and treatment my friend received. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of a reputable hotel. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. Customer service and hospitality should be top priorities for your hotel, and I expect better from your establishment.

All facilities expect the staff who asked for more money than the booking amount. The rooms were very neat and clean. Liked very much.
