I Liked the location, the house from inside did look nice, spacious too when I first walked in...

My story, after I confirmed/booked my stay, couple days or a week later I received an email from owner saying my nephew stays in the back little shed, be cause he goes to school, if you dont mind, he'll be parked on the side of the road, and not in the drive way, to leave you parking space, so my relpy to that was " sure no problem, thank you" I didn't like that upon arrivalI find that person sitting in the back on a chair outside, waiting, watching our every move, every step and saying to me when I was nice and greeted him, he says to me " you weren't supposed to check in early, its not 3pm yet" It was 2:40 pm, and I said Iam sorry, we arrived from out of town, and my father is 85 years old, I didn't think few min would be an issue , I didn't know, I can't leave him in the car in this heat saying that was not welcoming at all, then so many rental rules on the glass door posted before even coming inside, one of them is " NO SHOES ALLOWED IN SIDE OF THE HOUSE, SHOES OFF/ that is not good for a rental rule, hard wood floors, not even carpet to worry! , then even more rules posted (2 MORE paper size hand written on the chimmy shelf , like okay, i read them all while booking, but don't be that aggravating to post rules everywhere inside,,.!!! Now outside, on the door, 2 watch cams right in the corner of the front door pointed directly right at the door, and porch,that would be nice to sit and relax, not feel the feeling of being watched all the time! Geez Inside a nice looking kitchen started seeing Small German roaches crawling around, noticed after about 30 min while there in the kitchen, then later seen in bathroom, inside bathtub, and so on, (.that made us uncomfortable because we didn't want to carry them in our luggage, bags, back with us, they do get into items, and multiple when we leave back to our house.

Beautifully kept. Super clean. Host was very communicative and helpful.

It accommodated our group comfortably and it was conveniently located for all we wanted to do. For the location and size of our party, the price was great.

The bed in the master could be better supported underneath. Maybe a few more utensils in the kitchen along with an extra trash bag.

The place was absolutely filthy. Baseboards looked like they have never been cleaned. The freezer had old things in there, not sure last time it had been cleaned. The kitchen amenities were next to nothing. The coffee pot brews very weak coffee and pours water outside of cup. We did encounter a roach in the kitchen. Very old and unclean property.

the beds slept great and the location was great..

the refrigerator was left nasty and food still in it also had ROACHES EVERYWHERE‼️‼️
