It was very clean

The air in my room didn’t work the first night, no refrigerator in rooms, and the fire alarm going off at four in the morning. Not a single worker on the shift knew how to turn it off.

The location to downtown

The bar. We were there on a busy night. Only one poor lady working the bar. It took almost 40 minutes to get three drinks. We got two and then she moved onto another customer (this happened to several customers- started orders and didn’t finish)

The location was central for everything I wanted to do. The view from the hotel was nice and the staff were very nice and friendly.

The pictures advertised on booking is not how the hotel looks as far as the rooms so that would be false advertisement. Valet left my doors open to my car I still need to check to see if anything of value is missing.

Convenient,clean, and had everything we needed!!!

Grounds could have been cleaner especially around pool area . No fridge or mini bar in room . Shampoo body wash ect empty in shower . Loud music on Saturday night after midnight

The location was fantastic and the staff was great!

I wish there had been a refrigerator in the room. I don't like at all hotels that charge for parking when the nightly rates are high already.

Bathroom drains were kinda slow & there is no refrigerator in most rooms, but that’s the only downside to this whole hotel so can’t complain!

I would expect free Wi-Fi in the rooms. I can’t remember when I’ve stayed somewhere that did not have this. It was a pleasant place, but the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms is glaring.

The location and the things to do

The staff and the fact that the Ac in the room didn’t work and we couldn’t get extra linens

The hotel really needs to improve the house keeping and cleaning service. The bathroom was not clean, yellow stain on silicon rubber everywhere, the grout between tiles is molded also the bowl itself wasn’t clean. We booked cleaning service as requested the day before, however no one came to clean the room even though I called receptionist again and was promised that my room would be cleaned. We went downstairs to reception to ask at least give us two sets of clean towels. Again, we promised that the towels will be delivered to our room. However, after we came back from dinner around 10pm. No room cleaning and no towels. By the end we had to go downstairs again to collect towels and toilet paper by ourselves. I was also charged three payments for no reason. Then talked to receptionist to figure out the payment, the receptionist said it was just taken by mistake. What awful service!

Bed was comfortable, noise level very low, elevators worked very well, quick, safe

Did not like sign on for wi-fi, lower level very dark, expensive parking
