The first shift crew was friendly and helpful. Clean room. Parking for handicap was good.

The lady on the second shift was not very friendly. Seem to not enjoy her job or really didn't want to be there. Had the switch room twice. Once, because of a leak from the bathroom upstairs, that was dripping on us while using the toilet. The second time was because the toilet was too low, and the bed was said to be queen. Well, those queen beds have got to be the smallest queen beds I have ever seen. Needed to have a little more choice for breakfast that people who have diabetes could eat.

excellent bkfst and staff. air conditioning had to be very cold to keep it running or else the room got very humid. So, not comfortable. the worst was after getting home. Found a little critter in our luggage. (roach) Double beds too small but queens were sold out.

items was stolen from my truck bed, and there was prostitution there late at night around 11pm-5am

The location is perfect

The bathroom is too small and uncomfortable for a family, and there is no housekeeping

Hotel was on busy street I had room on front by street, noisy! A room on back side would of been better
