Excellent location. Pool access and beach access.

Not enough towels for a week stay. Only 2 .No hand towels, only 2 face clothes.

It was close to Daytona Speedway. It was close to the beach. It had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was available at the time that I needed it.

The run down appearance of both the interior and exterior of the building. The room, upon entering, had a horrible odor to it. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. There was a leak in the ceiling that we realized the next morning when we discovered that the clothes, that we had placed on the lounge part of the couch, were soaking wet. We put a trash can with a towel in it to catch the water and silence the drip. The walls were paper thin. We could here the family next door, their entire conversations.

The kitchenette and the partial view of the ocean were nice The lobby area, and the beach were nice. The microwave and cooktop worked. The bedside wall lamps worked.

No light as the main lamp was already not functioning when we arrived. The TV was NOT a smart TV. The coffee machine didn't work. The broom was broken. The tub dripped all night long. Thank goodness for earplugs. There's an over $100 cleaning fee tacked on in addition to the nightly room rate, yet we're asked to strip the beds, take out the trash from one's stay, wash all dishes used, and basically CLEAN the room. There's no dishwasher so the dishes, pans, and utensils aren't sterilized. They did have plasticware in one of the kitchen drawers, but we didn't know they were there until after we went to the store to buy some. The mini-fridge had a long hair inside of it, and the handle bar used to open it was quite literally taped on with gorilla glue tape. This room and stay was way too expensive for the $300+ we paid. Honestly, I've stayed at nicer roadside motels for a quarter of the price. Shame on the owners for renting out a room in such poor condition for such a high price. I would not be as annoyed with my stay if it had been under $200, not the $300+ that we paid. Heck, if the room rate had been under $200, this review wouldn't be as lengthy. I was so disappointed that I didn't take any pictures of the room except for showing the broken broom. They need to either drastically lower their room rates, or make some major improvements.
