Staff, mainly maintenance, we went to them with the issues. Beach was nice, and enough restaurants,etc. within walking distance.

Didn't like not being able to lock balcony door fully, or you wouldn't be able to open it without maintenance staff. Lots, I mean lots of itsy bity double winged flies in the rooms. Bought bug spray to kill them. It did, but just as many the next day. The smell of gas throughout the main hallway. It was awful. Called the lobby desk and told them the issue, and they hung up on me. I called back, and they did not answer. Flagged a maintenance member, which looked into it. It was really awful. Very run down. We understand the damage of the hurricanes. However, when walking around premises, someone could really get hurt. Tilted sidewalks, holes along the side of the walkways, etc. These things should have been fixed before accepting reservations We would like to return, but not for another year or two when all of the issues will be fixed from the storm damage. PS do not stay in room #217 or #317. All the rooms, but these two have full Oceanview. Our room did not. It had an obstructed view due to building next to it.

Loved the renovations.. Just wish the outdoor pool was heated.

Clean and comfy. Everyone nice.

It is right on the beach. Mary at the front desk was super busy but still handled everybody coming thru the door and on the phone very well.

I really do understand that everyone on the beach are recovering from the storm and that there are many more important things to worry about. But our microwave didn’t work and the silverware drawer wouldn’t stay on track. The elevator went down and I had to walk down and up 5 flights of stairs. Thankfully it was fixed before we had to check out the next morning.

Rooms were very nice and very clean

Front desk staff was rude and seemed like it was a hassle when they had to do their jobs.

Lots of places to sit by the ocean. Great view. Room was ready a little early.

Donuts not available until 7 and we had to leave by 6:30. Gift shop hours 9-4 didn't get yo go in there either.

We liked the handicap room they moved us to after we mentioned our concerns about the loud children in the room next to ours (we left ours at home for this anniversary trip). The handicap room was in its own little corner, with no neighbors and very little passing foot traffic. And the size of that room was amazing. The fresh made donuts for breakfast were great, and the location was good for almost anything you wanted to get to, including a Winn Dixie across the street if you forgot something... we didn't get to try the pool or extras, but they looked nice(if a bit crowded)

Finding out first room was difficult. The directions given weren't the clearest, and the room was on a bizarre half floor(in the garden area by the pool) when we were told the second floor... and our first room's size was TINY. The pictures had been a bit decieving... The handicap room size was great, but the AC wasn't up to cooling the entire thing(it was OLD)- they had a portable AC unit in the room(in addition to the built in one), but it didn't work at all.

Our room had a broken light switch and broken bathroom dooknob

Water poring out of the ceiling when we got off the elevator and water in the floor. You could hear loud noises in the parking lot. The bed was hard as a brick.

rooms were excellent and large had everything you needed the for your stay view was beautiful. the staff was kind and friendly great customer service

nothing honestly great stay

2 years in a row they canceled our key card half way through our stay. so we had to walk and get them reactivated

Room was clean staff was great stayed an extra night

Parking was a nightmare
