The property was clean and the staff was nice

False advertising on the web it states that you have a pool but when I got there the front desk tells me that I have to travel down the street to another hotel just to go to the pool! I traveled miles to get there and I didn’t want to get back in the car just to travel to a pool! It was very disappointing. And I was looking for ocean front because that’s what I booked but I had a street view!

The bed is fantastic, the shower had amazing pressure and hot water. Steps to the ocean a huge plus.

Not having pool access and not being aware of it until reservation made and checking in, not so great. Booked for location and pool and didn't get both.

Needs a big renovation and update. Nothing in our apartment matched, furniture was old and dated

Rooms were clean

Location is a little far out of town. The photos don’t really reflect the hotel. The rooms are more like chalets you would see in a holiday park with a shared garden area in the middle of the complex. The pool had no water in and was full of rubbish.

Location and cost. Housekeeping was amazing even with the older hotel.

Found one cock roach in the sink. Looked everywhere else and didn't find anything. The room was cleaned daily. Looked in stove and cabinets and found nothing else.

That it was on the beach and the room was very clean.

Bathroom needed some updating.

Absolutely nothing.

This place is run down. So outdated. The beds are not comfortable. It's not even worth the amount we paid to stay 2 nights. Not to mention they wanted an extra $150 dollars *just in case* of what I don't know. The pool was destroyed by a hurricane a few years ago, it's still destroyed. Workers everywhere, doing nothing. There is chain fence overlooking the *view*. The worst place I have ever stayed.
