Perfect location for accessing many landmarks. Ideal place for first-time visiting Malaysia. Hight of this place is a rooftop pool. Late night its the best place to sit and relax. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable place.

Air-conditioning must be more efficient on high-temperature days. This is made very uncomfortable at night. Better make some changes on this matter.

The towels & pillows are comfy. The experience for check in & express check out is superb.

Aircond’s was not functioning well, not cold even at 16 degrees. Sime of the plugs/ bulbs need repair, either on the function or the plug itself. Some side drawers are partly broken.

Everything was great, I had an issue with my booking, and Rosanne and Shirney from reception did an amazing job sorting it out. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The premises are new and clean, pool area and the garden are excellent. Very good value for money compared to other properties around the same area.

Excellent location in the heart of Bukit Bintang with shopping malls and many options for food. Views from hotel room were good!

Hotel was full and unable to provide 1 extra bed when asked.

Location iis perfect. Walking distance to all the malls in bukin bintang. Value for money, minimalist but very good and dair price. Efficient. Nice view from the rooftop pool.

Very crowded during holiday season

فقدت قاعدة غلاية القهوه ورجعت وبلغتهم لكن لم يجدوها

Very neat and clean building. Location is also very good. Near Metro station and near Mall.

Strategic location, nice design and comfortable.

Long waiting time for hotel lifts, need to take queue number while checking in, terrible traffic at that area, awful bathroom smell (just awhile since stepping into the room everytime), no WiFi for TV(that's mean no access to youtube/Netflix), no towel replacement every cleaning unless you ask for it. The thing I couldn't tolerate is , I suspect the bed has bed bugs, which some parts of my legs felt itchy after staying on 2nd Day onwards. It really surprised me as the hotel is considered new, why there are bed bugs? I hope hotel management could look into these, as hotel hygiene is really matter to the staying guests!

电梯的安排有点奇怪，可以设置单双层，我21楼等了20分钟才上电梯，如果客人赶飞机或者火车太耽误事了

Hotel was very clean, location was perfect. Swimming Pool was best. I would definitely recommend everyone to choose this hotel while staying in Kuala Lumpur. This was my 2nd visit with them and will definitely prefer this in my next visits too.

There is nothing I didn’t liked. Only thing which I would like would be breakfast buffet.

Perfect location, friendliness of staff Rozzane.Infinity pool and the gym are great for rest, relax and early morning work out. The cafe served pastry, cakes and my favourite rose latte. If the bath room can add few more hooks it will be great. Love the stunning night view from my room from level 31 especially during chrismas, is amazing. Will definitely visit again when I travel to KL.

Very classy and modern hotel for such low price. The room was very spacious, and we could see the Menara Tower from our window. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the terrace as well. Location is superb, very near to Pavillion shopping mall and Berjaya Times Square. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The bathroom could be a bit bigger, and more drying racks are needed (nowhere to dry the swimwear after pool). Rooftop pool closes at 8pm, which is a bit early in my opininon, maybe the management can consider to close it at 10pm instead. There was a construction site right next to the pool, which was quite noisy. However, we understand it is not under hotel's control.

i left my jacket during check out . but when i call to receponist , the respond was fast and able to trace my jacket . front desk officer free upgrade us to higher floor for a better view of kl tower , twin tower , and trx tower . i am glad for their services and will stay here again.

Fantastic location as hotel is surrounded by restaurants, walking distance to Pavillion, Lot10 and so on. The room size is ideal, check in was efficient as the staff was friendly. Aircon was not cold but the maintenance team managed to fix it right after we requested for help.

We had the Do not Disturb sign put on and did not wish for cleanup. However the staff still went in to clean the room.
