Расположение, дружелюбный персонал, хорошие завтраки. Номер полностью соответствовал описанию. Моя тетя приехала в 11. 00 утра и в 11.30 ее уже заселили без доплаты. За это отдельная благодарность персоналу.

В душе поддекал шланг, не критично.. но, иногда неудобно. За 5 ночей из уборки только смена полотенец и вынос мусора. Можно было бы полы помыть хотя бы один раз.

- breakfast is fair. Though menu is the same everyday. But it is fine. - Restaurants and groceries stores are walking distance and they are still open until midnight. - Metro is like 10 minutes walk from the Hotel. - Hotel is clean

- This is hotel is not a good for the tourist who does not speak Russian or their language. - We had a hard time even when we checked in cause the receptionist does not know how to speaks/understands English. - We arrived late in the evening and there was no even complementary water in the room. - On our second night, there was no Air Conditioning in the room, it maybe understandable as they said some construction did something on the line, however they should have informed us by calling, we actually tried to call the reception but to no avail. - In our stay of 3 nights, we got 1 English Speaking receptionist, when I ask about room extension or late check our, she asked me to wait twice (one in the evening and 1 in the morning), she said (I do not want to name her cause in a way she had helped me booked a Yandex) she is closing the accounts cause she has to log out, but to my surprise in the morning she is still there, and then again I ask, but again she told me to wait cause they are doing something. Our time as tourist is valuable, as we are catching time, my request or what i have to deal with, will only take few minutes, cause it is just a simple yes or no and payment if ever, but she told us to wait twice in different occasion. They maybe a little polite but not happy with the services. -It is quite far from the Center of Almaty/tourist spots, though it is 4 station away from when you use Metro -While it is good that you clean-up the room however this hotel they clean-up hotel room even with request to make up the room.

Добрый день. Отель в целом хороши, встречающий персонал отличный, все сделали как мы хотели. Учли наши пожелания, приветливые девочки на ресепшене.

Но ресторан и завтраки не очень, все кладется по отдельности, сидишь ждешь, когда положат, с учетом того, что основная компания прошла. Завтрак не очень. И уборка на 2-ой день уже не делали, просто меняли полотенце и все, влажная не проводилась.

Location is not bad

In one of the rooms the air conditioning did not work and was very hot, the front desk staff just said to find another hotel late in the night. All 3 rooms were dirty and dusty and dully lit. Also the breakfast was a mess

Отель уже в ужасном состоянии!!! Не следят, не ремонтируют, не меняют ничего!!! Раньше постоянно останавливались в этом отеле, но Больше не остановимся!!! Нервы потрепали мне своей некомпетентностью!!! Начиная от девушки на ресепшене, заканчивая номерами… в ванной плесень, полотенца изношены, люстры сломаны, одна тусклая лампочка еле горит, все в пятнах, шторы оторванные провисают, сиденья на диване проваливаются… и это в номере люкс!!!((((

Плесень в душевой Невозможно помыться - вода вся стекает на пол через кабинку. Не уходит в слив! В принципе очень неприятные полотенца серого цвета ( когда то были белые 🤦‍♀️
