Beutiful view, property clean and clear, almost fully furniture~

The host was responsive. I was very grateful that there's washing machine and dryer provided, this was extremely convenient. The view of the unit was stunning. The cleanliness of the unit was top-notch, with everything meticulously maintained and in order.

Slightly a bit far from the town but it's ok as long as you have transportation. Despite that, as this unit is close to the theme park which closes around 10pm or so, can be quite noisy at times. While this didnt significantly detract from my experience, it's something to keep in mind for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise.

Totally amazing and exciting trip for my family. my kiddos love it very much and have great fun. Will repeat stay in future.

The location & the size of the property. Conveniently located near the Lost World of Tambun & shops

We were given a double storey house instead of an apartment. The property was not cleaned thoroughly & there were coakcroaches. Electricity kept tripping. Host also didn’t inform us about the switch to the water pump so the first night, we showered with trickling water until we asked.

Exceeded expectations, nice view and right next to lost world

Très grand appartement bien aménagé avec beaucoup de rangement et très belle vue avec balcon sur le Park aquatique. L’agence propose des tarifs intéressants pour le Park . La communication a été parfaite avec l’agence pour l’organisation . Belle piscine, jacuzzi et sauna dans la résidence. On a adoré notre séjour et bien profité du Park qui est vraiment superbe avec les baignades et le zoo.

Le ménage des salles de bains n’étaient pas satisfaisants , cela est le seul point négatif.

Mira was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and tidy. Location was perfect for going to Lost World.

Internet was very slow and lagging. The ensuite toilet in #11-10 was smelly all the time even though it's unused. And the water heater there also didnt work. One of our access black tile didnt work.

The apartment sucks big time! We will never ever return again! The unit is dirty, the toilet basin leaks, the dust bin in the living room spoilt. The towel quality is ever worst than budget hotel provides! Requested for another towel and was REJECTED! The wifi in the unit is not stable and always get log out on it’s own!

Locatie (naast het park) en zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. De host Mira is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Volgende keer boeken we weer hier.

Uiteindelijk 4 nachten gebleven en er was geen schoonmaakdienst geweest.

Amazing view of Lost World and the mountains from the apartment.

No Dryer. No coffee mug. No kitchen paper towel. Stained kitchen towel, and not sure they are clean.

Spacious, cleanliness, stone's through away from theme park. Great service and very comfortable space. Swimming pool has fantastic view and can swim laps, has kids pool and amazing Onsen pool (warm)!! Bonus!

the unit was comfortable and clean. person in charge was helpful.

our unit was facing the lost world park. the scenery was good but its a bit noisy during day time if we open the sliding door. would be better if free sachets of coffee and tea provided as like other airbnbs and hotels.

We stayed for two nights in a lovely, clean property thanks to the host and admin "Mira" who was very responsive and helpful. There were two parking spaces available near the level 1 lift lobby. Unit is large for 3 families and bed is so comfy. Netflix/android TV, water filter, fridge, microwave oven and other basic utensils were provided. The unit's balcony provided a great view of the "Tambun Lost World" water park, and the check-in process was seamless. I heartily suggest this unit to anyone who is thinking about staying one or two nights.

For neither of our cars, the boom gate entrance "wave" card was not well functional. Fortunately, the guards are always so gracious as to help us enter and exit.

We liked that the house was a 2 min walk to the Lost World of Tambun and we were given a discount on the tickets. Our little one liked the toys and teepee in the house.

The house was not clean, it was very dusty. There was a think layer of dust under the bed and on the counter tops. There were no mugs in the house to have a hot drink. no toilet rolls in the bathrooms. It was very noisy at night and not suitable for those who want an early relaxing night. The noise was from the lost world of tambun as they put on shows and had really loud music.

I have taken 2 bed room apartment and it is very good and we can see full view of lost world of tambun from balcony and It's very near to water park

No shops are available to buy snacks or coffee in onsen ,but have gym,play area, and other stuff.

The location was good. Very good security. The view of the park was great.

The kitchen had only one carving knife and no other cooking utensils which made it hard to cook. We had to buy our own. It was a bit clumsy making us video the return of the keys and then getting no response. The water park was noisy at night but it stopped at 11 pm. No proper pedestrian walkway to the shopping mall. We had to walk with the traffic which was unsafe. The apartment was bare with no dining table and chairs.

Location is great. It’s right next to Sunway Lost World and near the hills. Baby cot was provided upon request and beds were comfy. Friendly security guards.

There were ants around the kitchen area and water dispenser. Not enough toilet paper and no laundry detergent.
