Great stay!! Kids all surprised dad by just arriving via Uber at the fabulous home. Hardest part was trying to make excuses to hubby as to why we needed so much space for just the 2 of us at first😂

Very clean property, very well decorated, very safe area, and great communication from the owner! The parking situation is a little confusing but good overall :)

Our family stayed in this Queen Anne rental for 3 nights in March. The rental was as described and immaculate and well taken care of. It had several stories (stairs), with a bedroom on each floor (2 bedrooms on the ground floor). The kitchen was very modern with all of the essentials. The mater bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Great for larger groups or families. The rooftop view was spectacular, especially on a clear day. We loved the location; very convenient to Seattle and colleges in the area as well as many restaurants and places to visit. Enjoyed the neighborhood and the view- cherry blossoms blooming. Parking was available on the street near the rental (if needed) in addition to the two parking spots provided. The garage may not fit large SUVs. The owner/manager, Ash was very responsive. Highly recommend this rental; our trip was too short. Thank you

This gorgeous home has amazing views of Seattle! It is centrally located which makes getting to Fremont, Queen Anne and Capitol Hill neighborhoods very easy. The home was immaculately clean and supplied with anything a guest could need. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Our stay here was fantastic. The place is very nice with a great layout for a group of friends. Good location with a nice view, close to all the attractions. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We stayed here in early October with another family and a really nice time. Convenient drive to various parts of the city (there's not much in walking distance), lots of room to spread out, plenty of beds, nicely appointed kitchen, easy communication with the property manager. The rooftop patio was really cool, with an awesome view of the nearby water and downtown. It's a tall townhouse, so be prepared to climb lots of stairs (good exercise!). My only quibble is that there weren't enough towel bars/hooks in the bathrooms. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in town!

We had 8 family members stay at the house for a family wedding. It was wonderful to visit with each other in the evenings on the roof top deck. The house has plenty of space and is in a great location. We walked along Lake Union and the up to Discovery Park. Thank you, Ash, for being an excellent host.

Wow, what a fantastic stay we had at this lovely home. We are a group of 6 friends on an annual trip, and Ash's home was all we had expected, and more. The listing is 100% accurate, but the place is even better in person. Check in was super-easy and Ash was incredibly responsive to our few questions, usually replying within minutes. The space was extremely clean and everything in the home seemed new. The living space was very comfortable with lots of seating and a beautiful kitchen, and even with 6 people we never felt like we were crowding each other. We cooked a couple of meals and everything we needed was there, including lots of spices, a wide variety of pots and pans, and plenty of dishes and mugs/glassware. The beds were all very comfy, and the spotless bathrooms included some nice small touches like shampoo, soap, Q-tips, and more, all of which make a stay much easier. The location was very central, with a very short drive or Uber to restaurants in Queen Anne and other hot spots, and we visited Lyon's Deli (directly across the street) many times for groceries, drinks, and sandwiches. And of course there's the private rooftop, with tons of seating and gorgeous views of the lake and the city. As you can tell, we really loved Ash's place, and I'd say it's among the top couple of places I've stayed both in the US or abroad. If I'm back in Seattle, I will save the time looking around and just book this place again right away. You should too.

We visited Seattle for a wedding and felt the accommodations of this VRBO were terrific. Great location and well equipped home. The roof top is incredible!

A group of 12 of us stayed here comfortably, the house is excellent quality and in a lovely location. Would absolutely recommend this for large families or groups of friends! The rooftop patio was a major highlight with incredible views of the lake and downtown!

This is a sensational property. I'm finding excuses to go back! It is a very vertical property. So, you get a lot of exercise. The rooftop is lovely with a view of Lake Union. The beds were comfortable. Very nice furnishings, appointments, etc. It was safe. Easy access to everything nearby. Great for a family or friends staying. Ash was so easy to work with. I plan to stay there every time I return to Seattle. Found a great nail shop Apollo right on Queen Anne. It felt like home away from home. Thanks! We'll be back! I was with my 29 year old son. We both had privacy. Lots of room. I wanted to stay much longer. Pro tip. The front of the house is an on an Ave while the garage is on the "way" of the same street. Put the way into your map to direct you to the back of the house. It isn't obvious, but once you know that, it works great.

And an excellent, friendly host! After a long day of traveling, it was so nice arriving to an inviting home that is both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The rooftop patio has incredible views! The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is also ideal - it was close to everything we wanted to do in Seattle. Ash, the host, checked in to ensure we were settled and comfortable. We'll be back to stay again next time we're in town!

Our group of girls loves staying here! The garage was kinda of difficult to fine but thankfully the host gave us a dropped pin that worked every time when entering! We enjoyed having all 3 floors to ourselves and everyone got to meet in the living room in a common area so that was nice for our game night and eating together. The place was very clean. Only downside was the downstairs stores showers wasn’t fully getting hot water, but the host was quick to respond to get it fixed for the next guess.

My wife and I, along with 3 friends stayed at this nice tri-level property when we traveled to Seattle for a football game. We spent 5 nights and the place was perfect for us. Everyone has their own space, but there was a common area for us to hang out at night and in the morning before venturing out for the day. The rooftop patio was a nice place to spend time as well. The property was very clean and the owner was not cheap with providing extras like shampoo and toiletries. While in a good neighborhood, my only knock was that the property was not really walkable to anything in terms of restaurants and bars. Nobody’s fault. It is what it is. Overall a very good experience. The owner reached out more than once to make sure we were happy with our stay.

Great property, excellent rooftop with very nice views. Very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The little grocery nearby has great sandwiches and you have to stop in for a drink at Toledos, the owner, Eric is a wealth of knowledge. 5 star property for sure.

Our family gathering was made possible by finding this location that could house everyone. Location was perfect. Views of the lake and city, day and night spectacular. Ample rooms, towels, sleeping options, TV, internet, neighborhood grocery a few steps away were great. It took a bit to find the back parking,, but once we did that was nice. The property owner, Mgr, quick to respond to questions.

This property is top notch. We came in with high expectations and they were surpassed. The house is so spacious and has a great modern decor and stocked with everything you could need. The rooftop is unbeatable. We have stayed in some nice VRBOs but this one takes the cake as the best. Ash was super responsive and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Ash was a great host! Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The open concept between kitchen and living room was nice. The rooftop area was relaxing for coffee early in the morning and evening time. Can’t beat seeing water and Mt Ranier from the top of your rental. The little neighborhood grocery called Lyons was super and literally a 2 minute walk. The location was 5-15 minutes from so many places we wanted to see. The family all had separate quarters which was a plus! Was one of the best rentals our family has experienced Highly recommended if you are headed to Seattle.

Property was in outstanding condition. The decor and furnishings were high quality and well designed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dining glassware/dish ware. Ash was by far the most communicative of any host we’ve worked with in our travels.

Great property in Queen Anne. Newer property, nicely decorated, good space for our family of 5 to fit comfortably. The location is super convenient for getting into the city or hopping on I5 and visiting places north and south. Rooftop deck is a gem. Would recommend and would rent again.

What a gorgeous condo in beautiful Queen Anne! We loved our stay at this condo. Beautiful decor, super clean, plenty of space for our group. The way the bedrooms are spread across 3 separate floors allowed us to have privacy, while the kitchen/living room area was great for gathering and hanging out.

We loved this spot: clean and well appointed. Meticulously decorated and comfortable in all ways. Prompt and kind communication. Walkable to many great spots and an easy drive from many more. Would 100% return and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, centrally located, nice property. Didn't get to enjoy the roof top due to time of year, but I bet it's fantastic in warm weather.
