Conveniently located for exploring!

Location.

The floor was really really dirty. Everywhere were hair (not mine) and dust. And I had to clean up the the freezer so I could close the fridge. It was totally full of ice but I understand it could be caused by some guest did not close it properly.

Loved full kitchen, adequate cooking supplies except no oil or even salt & pepper! Convenient (10 min walk) to Sundhollen baths, and a main bus station. Easy walking to many sights & museums, and Bonus grocery. Quiet at night. Laundry in basement. Spacious & comfortable.

It's a great location to visit Reykjavik and well placed for tour pick up from bus stop 12.

The apartment is looking a bit tired and half the lights in the bedroom and bathroom do not work. With only 1 window in the kitchen for light, it felt very dark inside.

Apartment 101 is below ground floor. There's almost no light inside.

Filthy, excrement on top of toilet. No linen on beds. Food particles all over kitchen floor. Clearly it hadn't been cleaned. Towels all over bathroom floor. When contacted over the phone, I was told the cleaner would arrive tomorrow.

Location was good. Close to Hlemmur.

The apartment was very old and not cleaned well when we arrived. The name of the place is called "Day Dream" yet there was constant construction noises in the actual building. It would have been good to have known ahead of time that this was not going to be restful during the day.

I missed an armchair to sit comfortably and read a book as the sofa was blocked for the kids.

The appartement was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed it. Keys handover was smooth, instructions were clear and understandable.

My family was given 2 rooms, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the 2nd floor. The ground floor was good but the 2nd floor apartment was not good as there isn't trash bag to throw the trash into the bin and also the bathroom toiletries were not complete. There were bottles of shampoos everywhere but no body cleanser or hand soap.

This apartment is in a fantastic location if you’re looking to explore Reykjavik! It was cute and comfortable, with cute views of the city.

There were no check out instructions, and not being Iceland natives we were unsure of the common procedures. We didn’t realize this until it was a inappropriate time of night to message them, so that was on us, but sending instructions to either leave as is, strip beds, take out trash, etc could be helpful to other travelers in the future.

Great location, we can walk to the sightseeing points.

In the groundfloor apartment there was a very high level of traffic noise in the kitchen/living room space. Not recommended to count on being able to sleep in the sofa bed, unless you are used to sleeping in very noisy conditions.

The wrong front door code was sent to us, so it took us a while to get in and there was no coffee left
