It was clean, it was private, it was quiet, nice neighborhood, close to the airport and Clearwater for shopping and beaches, close to a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts if you love your coffee 😁 perfect for 3-4 people, it was nice there was Roku Tv to chill and watch movies or your favorite shows. The Host was great, our first night there they installed a new air conditioner and thank god as it was in the 90s, they are on top of things, and will do their best to accommodate, I’d definitely stay again ☺️

Just some minor things, but no big deal, it wouldn’t stop me from staying again, but it could use extra blankets and couple extra pillows and for the ceiling fan light to work in the bedroom and the fan was a little noisy, and maybe a front latch as well as the back one for the gate.

Gate was locked upon arriving. Night light stopped working starting 3rd night. Asked several times for a vacuum and mop but got no return answer and floor never got cleaned for whole 12 days. Air conditioner in bedroom was noisy being right by the bed. #1 issue: got bitten several times by some type of parasite and had aggressive itch for duration of my vacation.
