Bedding was not great, advertised as luxury bedding but far from that. No fitted sheet on the bed. No duvet cover and low quality microfibre duvet. Not enough towels and they were small and worn

Clean and comfortable with enough in the kitchen to allow us to cook some meals. Very comfortable beds.

The blinds to not properly cover the windows which means as soon as the sun is up you are awake. The window coverings are not sufficient enough to block out sun. The taps in both bathroom and kitchen barely go into each sink causing water to go everywhere. Usable just a bad design. The one mirror in the property is in a poorly lit spot.

Stunning property, great view from the ocean rooms, nice location and very clean. Would recommend it to anyone. Good size unit as well

The check-in process is a bit annoying and having to provide credit card information to both booking.com as well as the management company didn’t feel very secure. The key pick up isn’t very close to the property so an onsite option would’ve been better but I understand that it isn’t a hotel

Great view. Got a good price on the apartment. Very modern! Able to use the jewel pool which got a little more sun than the hotel pool!

I probably wouldn’t stay again because of the location - it’s a good 10-15 minute walk from shops/cafes etc. Hotel pool feels cramped and doesn’t get any sun from around 12.30pm onwards. The beds were rock hard.

Apartment, view and furnishings were gorgeous. Amazing pool and right next to the beach.

Apartment had some maintenance issues (a drawer that was difficult to shut, a couple of flashing lights). Dealing with the agent was not easy.

We had an amazing stay at the jewel apartments. The place was beautiful, well appointed and had incredible uninterrupted views. We loved the facilities including pools, sauna and steam room. We did some cooking at the apartment and the kitchen had everything we needed including Nespresso machine. Parking was $10 a day and it was a short 10 min walk to a local surf club for dinner. Great for kids and babies. Will definitely be returning next time we visit the Gold Coast.

The location was perfect for us. On the beach and close to Broadbeach restaurant strip. Parking was easy. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed. The pools were great for the kids.

We liked the cleanliness and comfort and how modern the apartment was.

The apartment had everything we needed and so much space for a family with 2 little kids. The whole place was clean and tidy. We loved the beach front access, and also, the kids loved the pools.

Not enough rubbish bags and toilet paper - I know we could have gotten more from the supermarket, but it was such a hassle. Some of the automatic blinds didn't work (not sure if it was purposely done that way). Could have a few more dishes (was exactly 4 for plates, bowels).

All was terrefic just pillows were too big , maybe a few varieties in size would be great.

When I booked through Bookings .com I didn't realise that I had to pick my apartment keys off sight. This seemed more like an air b and b, not the usual Bookings .com experience.

Too much clutter in the apartment. Ornaments, photo frames, martini glass, and drinks tray. Also too many vases with fake flowers. There is limited space and these things just cluttered the kitchen and bathrooms.

The wind!! The pool has no shelter from the wind. The buildings create an extreme wind tunnel. Such a bad design by the architects!

Needs a indoor pool as the entire stay was windy which made the out door pool not a great swimming option

Everything was really clean and lovely. It was in a perfect location, the facilities were very handy and very clean.
