Super cute, clean, and well-appointed place. We were a small group of four 50+year old women so it was plenty spacious and we each got our own bed. It was a winter visit and the weather wasn’t spectacular, but we walked around the neighborhood and to dinner in the dark one night and felt very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

This house was wonderful! Plenty of room for a group of adults. We did not walk anywhere due to the cold, but it would have only been a 20 min or so walk to the Broadway area.

Our stay -family gathering, was very pleasant. Traveling from several cities to this central location, we were all pleasantly surprised. So thankful we got this rental. Spacious, well stocked, ESPECIALLY convenient and beautiful. Thank you for making this available to us.

Great house with lots of room in a quiet neighborhood. House has a very open floor plan. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is no 4th bedroom but instead pull out couches. The front deck is nice area to sit outside and drink coffee. The location is not far from Broadway.

Property was very neat and clean and close to everything. It was perfect for my very small family reunion people from Ireland, England, Florida and Wisconsin. All communication was quick and easy not one issue.

The property was beautiful, clean and well stocked with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The bedrooms are very large and the owner make sure that there were wonderful little touches to help with our stay. The owner’s communication prior to our arrival was excellent. The location was great, about a 10 minute Uber drive to downtown.

Our group had a great stay at this house! Clean house, great communication with Kelly (who is super accommodating), and effortless check in/check out process. One thing I will make clear - if people don’t mind sharing beds the house comfortably sleeps 8. The two pull outs on the first floor were a bit uncomfortable so two of our guests (from our group of 10) ended up getting a hotel room.

The house was very comfortable for 5 ladies on our annual trip. Note: bedrooms & full baths are upstairs. Not a problem for us but could be for anyone challenged with stairs. The property manager, Kelly, was very communicative. If you’re new to Nashville, Uber or Lyft to sights as parking is very expensive. Or if you’re energetic, walking would be an option. The “Hop on, Hop Off” trolley stops at the Farmer’s Market which is about .7 of a mile from the house. I would recommend this house.

This is an amazing property in Nashville. It was a little chilly when we visited, but Ubers were pretty cheap to downtown. Plenty of space for our group of 10. Also, Kelly is an amazing host and was extremely helpful through the whole process.

Everything was perfect for our group of friends! Lots of space and a close drive to everywhere we were going.

Really had a great time for my daughter's 21st birthday. Kelly was very helpful all along the way, including a very gracious and no-hassle early check in, great & timely communication and nice touches like bath products, spare toothbrush (that we ended up needing), coffee, etc Location was pretty good too. Super easy getting around. We enjoyed coffee shops, neighborhood bars, Little Hats Italian market within walking distance in Germantown. Easy & inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. We only walked to Broadway once, but if weather had been warmer we would have done it more. (During day... not so sure about at night) l would stay here again for sure, given the aforementioned... but I feel like 8 people would be the max i would suggest. Maybe it was our weird configuration of ages and combinations... I booked very early and our party evolved when people's work schedules changed to enable them to come, one had to drop out, etc We had four 20-somethings in the LR pull out couches, which was fine for them. But they kept mostly vampire hours, while the older generation had more traditional hours and we really didn't have a place to hang out if the Youngs wanted to sleep in or nap. None of the older gen wanted to sleep on fold out couches... so a little puzzle that was fine, just not ideal. When the fold out couches were tucked in, it felt like plenty of room. And the pros def outweighed the cons.

Fit all 12 of us comfortably. Was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. My only critique would be that the listing says 5 bedrooms but two of those are actually living room/family rooms with sofa beds but we were all comfortable and nobody had any complaints so no big deal. Also house layout was great. Overall definitive of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Host was outstanding with communication as well!

Kelly was awesome to work with! Great house, very clean. Everything you needed there. Provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. When we make the trip, we will definitely stay here again!

We arrived a bit earlier and were able to get in. The home was well laid out and had everything we needed. The decor was perfect. There were 10 of us and we all fit in comfortably without feeling cramped. The Uber drivers picked us up within minutes of our call. It took 5 minutes to get to all the Broadway bars. Our only problem was the massive storm which caused us to leave a day early. So sad I didn’t get to see the Music Country Hall of Fame.

House was clean and accommodating. Beds were so comfortable! Plenty of space too. 10/10 recommend

This home is so cute, comfortable and homey! Many amenities that were so thoughtful…. Like toothbrushes, tylenol, coffee, cozy blankets and soft sheets on comfortable beds. Kelly was very easy to communicate with. We would love to come back to this house. This house is not walking distance to Broadway but it is walking distance to a nice farmers market!!

This house was perfect, the location was amazing. The house was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable, I loved all of the special little touches from coffee to toothbrushes. Great job. I will definitely stay here again!

We came here for my sister’s bachelorette and had a great time. The house was very clean and it is so cute! The host even has bachelorette and bride wine and champagne glasses!! The check in and check out process was very simple and there wasn’t anything crazy to do on the check out. The host was super nice and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The house location is close to Broadway and the Nashville Farmer’s Market. We never walked but definitely doable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved the house. Very clean and spacious. The decor was adorable. We had everything we needed for our stay but if you forget any toiletries, they are there for you. Kelly the owner was great with communicating and checked in with us often to make sure we were having a great time and if we needed anything.

We had a great stay at Kelly's house. She made the communication so easy, and was always reachable with our questions! The house was clean and spacious, and in a good location where we were able to walk or cheap uber bascially anywhere in town. The only less than great thing was that the pull-out couches could have been more comfy, but for quick trip it was no biggie! Thanks Kelly!
