very clean, new bedding and towels. New fan to help with the weather. clean bathroom and kitchen. lovely host very accommodating and helpful. bottles of water for guests.

We stopped at the establishment of 17 George Street from the 18/08/2023 to the 22/08/2023 I can  honestly say this is the worst place we have ever stayed. From the first day we arrived we were made to feel uneasy and as though we were not welcome. I being a woman was made to feel as though I could not eat around the men (apart from my partner). The door to our bedroom could not be locked from the inside meaning we had no privacy. We experienced antisocial and on occasions threatening behaviour. We felt as though we could not sit down stairs and relax on an evening. The "shared bathroom" is used by the men only so I felt very uneasy using it. On the description it says WiFi is free and avaliable throughout the property however this was unusable. The rooms you can book are described as a room with a park view but this is not possible as the park is on the other side of the village and is not visible from the property. And they described the property as having a paved garden that you can sit and relax in however the back of the property looks like a building site. There is a camera pointing directly at our room. Despite being summer the fan in our room did not work so was very hot in there even with windows open. The TV was described as a flat screen but definaltey was not. There was not a dvd player as described. The camera captures you leaving the bathroom when you have had a shower and just in a towel. The shower did not work upstairs and the lock on downstairs bathroom was broken so did not feel secure showering in there. We had to be out until about 10.30pm every night as we were made to feel as though we should not be there while they were having evening meal. We tried watching the telly down stairs but they would be banging and crashing around so that we would not want to be down there. Off street parking did also not exist. I would definatley not recommend this property for anybody but especially not single females.

This property is a joke! Shabby little space, neglected with multiple people living inside sharring one small, dirty bathroom and kitchen. Felt very vunerable and unsafe. Didn't stay and needed to find hotel instead. No appology or refund issued. Avoid this scammer!

There was nothing to like apart from the man I spoke to on the phone sounded very nice. Unfortunately the property was not fit to stay in.

Actually we didn't stay. My friend arrived much earlier than me and he called to say it wasn't fit to stay in. It was a shared space, not a separate apartment as was advertised. There were other people in the property when he arrived. There were dishes draining on the draining board and cleaning materials all the way up the stair case. The area was not what we expected. Not somewhere two hard working people would want to chill out in. So we called the whole weekend off and just went home. Basically a waste of our money and a waste of a good weekend.

It was so easy to book, a room for a night. I was travelling down from Glasgow to London. Within a few minutes, I got a call confirming the location and text with code for the door lock. On arrival the gentleman waited back for my arrival (it was nearly midnight) and showed me to room and where kitchen was. The room was brand new, and very comfortable bed with good curtains. The bathroom was lovely. Excellent value for money and all i had to do was put key back in the key safe which you get a code by text. If you are in the Coventry area and need a good place to sleep, i would recommend.

Parking on street was a little limited as its in a residential road. Though I did get parked only 30s walk away. I think they have parking behind the property, but it was late and I didn't mind.
