Lovely apartment, in an excellent location for shops, bars etc. Great views from the terrace for the sea and sun downs. Really is a home from home and very well-equipped. Modern furnishings, very comfortable.

If you are not used to using Booking.com you need to be aware of what "homestay" means. The definition of this means the owner and, (other guests), could be staying with you in the property and not simply on site somewhere. However, we got lucky and did manage to have the entire apartment to ourselves which was great and gave us the privacy we had wanted. Guests also need to be aware that immediate parking is on the street, and is restricted. However we were able to get parked in a nearby street.

was difficult to climb three flights of stairs and the bed was a little too narrow for both of us.

The only downfall was due to our own mistake of not realising the room was within a shared apartment. We thought we had the place to ourselves so as two women turning up to a man's flat it was a bit of a shock, but Nigel was pleasant and the room was very comfy and clean.

Gorgeous views, well furnished and waking up to all that light, was amazing. Very welcoming, friendly host. Leaving the patio doors open, brought the outside, fresh air in. Sitting and gaming, or watching a film, was comfortable and fresh. An experience you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else. This is a great venue.

When booking I wasn't aware that this was someone's home. The host was living on site while we visited. The home was lived in, which would be fine if that's what was advertised. My friend and I were planning a late night, drinks and catch up, in the comfort of a penthouse.. which we got, but we were in someone else's home, with him in and out, sleeping in the same place. His food prep was out on the kitchen, he was doing maintenance on one of the rooms, all things that people do in there own homes, but not something we were expecting for our chilled, Bank holiday escape. The counter to this. The host is exceptionally friendly, and we hardly saw him,

Lovely apartment. Beautifully decorated. Loved balconies and views. Provided everything that was needed so it really felt like home.

Maybe better quality pillows. Stairs could be a problem for some.
