Well I guess I didn’t expect much paying 60€ however that still doesn’t change the outcome - the room we had was right next to the reception so it was insanely loud all throughout the night. the floors were dirty & there were bugs on the floor! we didn’t use a blanket because there were someone’s hairs on it leaving two people having to sleep in one single bed, it spelt awful in there! Not to mention the receptionist INSTEAD of checking the system to see that we booked our room she started knocking on our door at 3am to see if anyone was there to help some random guy who needed a room last minute - awful!

Beachside location, with private terrace overlooking the sea.
Very helpful English-speaking staff.
I booked late for New Year's Eve and had to pay for a private twin room, but the view from there was outstanding, looking SW into the setting winter sun across the beach and sea.
Perfectly situated room to enjoy fireworks at midnight in my underpants, and yet, with the window closed not too noisy thereafter.
Plenty of places to hang clothes in my room.
Worth 9.5/10 thanks to the sea view.
Sadly no kitchen facilities, but a good continental type breakfast was included in the price.

Location and terrace right next to the beach
Despite having booked months in advance I received the room for mobile impaired, which was right next to the reception and a sliding door that barely sealed neither noise nor light. Throughout the entire night I could hear everything going on at the public area, especially after an extremely loud group arrived at late evening and continued so until 2am and started again at 7am.

The hostel is in a great location for the beach and restaurants. Awesome staff who were very helpful. Real value for money.

The location is perfect, beach front, apartment has a good size for 4 people. It's a very simple hostel but I really enjoyed the stay.
There wasn't iron available, and if you are looking for a calm place to sleep in the summer it can be a problem since the bars stay open with music and people being laughing all the night.
The breakfast is very simple, don't raise your expectations.

The location is absolutely perfect could not get any better. There is also a bus stop 3 minutes away from the hostel if you want to go into Lisbon for the day- it is about an hour bus ride.
It could use some maintenance in the bathrooms and rooms just a couple fixes. I thought there would be a kitchen available to use but there isn’t- they have a kitchen but it is not available to use but there is a microwave. For the price and location it was a great stay.

Was very clean compare to other hotels we have been. Staff Really Top and smiley very helpful a big thanks to Ana, Fernando and Bruno, also the housekeeping lady she's was very positive. Wonderful ocean view.

Weird lights in the shared bathroom was switching off during the shower, was automatically switch off so I had to step out with soap in the body to make dance moves to switch the lights again

We absolutely loved sleeping and listening to the surf. It is closer to the beach than all the expensive hotels! This is really the best place to stay in the whole area. The staff just blew us away. We were the only ones in the whole place so it was a bit different, but they gave us amazing advice, free cakes, and were just absolutely welcoming.
Kitchen is closed because of Covid.
