Apartment is spacious and well maintained with balcony and another balcony with garden and seating. Ms. Sam is very helpful and responsive for any request whenever required. Swimming pool is amazing.

Little far from public transportation and walking way is not easy, no sidewalk .

The apartment condition is quite new, plenty of groceries and mamak stall on the ground floor, very convenient. Free parking, and the security guard are well train, they treat the lodger with very good manner. WIFI speed and coverage is good enough.

A total of RM 200.00 of deposit to pay before check in, the deposit does not refund on the spot when you're check out, you will have to wait for around 1 days to get it back. Inconvenient for the foreigner i guess. Secondly is about the location, it is quite far away from the center of KL, and quite difficult to access to the public transport, but if you have a car, then no problems as the apartment provide you free parking there.

Quite new property and clean. Provided with 2 parking bays. Quite a central location if the activities are within 10km radius of PJ and Bangsar. Washing machine is available, convenient for those who stay for more days.

1. Check-in instructions were seriously unclear. The business management shouldn't assume that all their guests know the building in and out, by just instruct the guests to go to Tower A for check-in. 2. The business management has very poor communication with the security personnel at the check in area. The instruction given to us was to go to Tower A, told security about the check-in and then we will be led to visitor car park. However, the reality was: We were stopped by the unfriendly and bossy security at the Tower A entrance, instructed us to park beside the building while it was still heavy rain. Insisted that there is no visitor car park and no such check in process. Further more, the front desk at the office, three persons were there to handle the process. To further describe it, they are unresponsive and unhelpful with the issue we faced with the security. Then, a fat one among that three are just "I don't bother attitude, shrugged the shoulders and continue to play handphone". After that, one of the access card was told to be not functioning and we were give access card of another unit as a measure to compensate for the matter. 3. Again, the check-in instruction which was seriously insufficient. Without snapshot of photos, or a drawing plan of how to drive to car park entry, they expect us to know the entry by saying "just drive a round, turn left and left that is the entry". Hello, am I a resident staying here? For many similar apartment homestays that we had gone to, almost all will give a very clear instruction. With snapshot photos and pictures. Even if the process and entry were super easy to follow and find, the business management still did the similar to assist the guests. 4. When come to assistance: They don't really reply to the whatsapps promptly. Dragging for hours and days without responds. They were prompt to reply when you haven't paid and haven't done the check-in. Silence! No...

Very helpful staffs, highly secured and very clean place to stay

Value for money friendly staff Driving/coming in instructions from staff is prompt and good nice and new 7-11 cafe below the building security good and helpful at Block B where we stay.

Il monolocale e' nuovo.anche carino .con piscina e palestra..con cucina funzionante ..piccolo ma per 3 giorni. E' ok

La posizione e' lontana almeno 8km dal centro..nel bagno non c era il lavandino..e anche se c e una bellissima piscina non ti senti a tuo agio tenendo conto che chi fa il bagno lo fa vestito!..i...vicino c e una moschea..che richiama alla preghiera non so quante volte al giorno..pure alle 6 di mattina..
