Hotel is well located on the main road. Not very far from main city. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Quality of food was good.

The rooms were dirty and unhygienic. In the first room, they gave us a washroom with urine drops on the commode. In the second room, the bed had hair n blood spots all over the bedsheets and used glasses on the tables. The third room was okay but smelt bad with a leaking commode. Aweful experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!! 🛑 ❌

Didn't like the cleanliness, poor hygienic conditions and staff wasn't helpful at all. I asked them to cancel my booking and issue me refund for the other 2 days. They failed to comply. Never returned my money

Excellent location very spacious room with sitting area, minikitchen and great value for money.

Staff are a little under-trained, this property lacks finesse in the small things, it has 2 inverter ACs in the room but the dry area of the bathroom is not great - the shower curtain is too short. There is no hot water (yet) in the shower, the towel rods are flimsy and the staff don't provide hand towels and a bath mat. Breakfast orders were mixed up, small things, boiled eggs were given but no cutlery or salt and pepper. These need to improve.
